It should be delicious, but if you haven't tried it from frozen cherries?
Gael
No, but I think it will be good. Maybe more flour? Cherries are juicier.

I make my own changes to the recipe: pour half the dough into the mold, put the cherries, pour the remaining dough. It turns out just as tasty, but you do not need to press the cherries into the dough. Thank you for the delicious pie recipe! Thank you!
Gael
With such a consistency of the dough, it is easier to press in.But it's as convenient as anyone

To be honest, this is the first time I have left a negative review, but I am so disappointed and upset that I cannot restrain myself, in any case, others will not repeat my mistake.

The whole problem is that this is not a cake, but a BAKE. I had such suspicions when I saw 500 g of cottage cheese in the ingredients, but you never know, it says in the name of the PIE, it means that such a trick will eventually happen there, that it will become a pie.
It's gone ... I'm sorry for the food and time spent, because my family doesn't like casseroles and don't eat them, and even cherries in it didn't save the situation (((

In itself, this casserole is not bad, but if I cook it for myself, then in a different quantity and with semolina, not flour.

It's a shame, but I don't recommend this recipe as a cake.

A matter of taste
Vei
Katya, I understand that it is unpleasant for you to read all this, but I am really so very upset, no one has started eating this casserole, although it tastes good.
So I'm thinking, or is this the recipe, and it really is a casserole (since you say it's a matter of taste), but then the name must be corrected. Or is it a pie, and I made some mistake, and then I need to figure out what is wrong? Help
Gael
It didn't look like a casserole at all (I love casseroles and do it often), rather like a charlotte with a light curd flavor. And in the original source it is also a pie. So I don't know why you did it that way. The dough turns out to be very soft, it needs to be practically poured out. Perhaps you violated the technology somewhere, I don't know. Although it is very simple.
Vei
And where, at what stage did I violate the technology, what could lead to such a result? I baked it at night, maybe, of course, something broke with me, but so far I can not understand what exactly.
Well, I added flour, but not significantly up to 160g, it is unlikely that this led to baking, not pie-like)))
