Baked in sour milk with apples. I do not grate the apples, but cut them into small pieces. A grated apple gives a lot of moisture, the juice is released and greatly thinns the dough. And apple slices feel good and it turns out tastier.

1.It so happened that I kneaded a dough of 1 liter of kefir, and made a little pancakes ... I was sad, of course, that I had to bake immediately for splendor, but my hand did not rise to throw out the dough, especially since guests were planned in a couple of days, and left in the refrigerator. I think they should be thin, but the dough is delicious! The dough stood in the refrigerator for THREE days. The pancakes remained just a little less fluffy when baked, as on the day of kneading !!! Hurrah! Conclusion: the dough can stand without much damage to the splendor.

2. I heat the pan very much, but then bake it on minimal heat under the lid. so the pancakes become incredibly fluffy, deflate a little on a platter, but still good.
