There is no vanilla sugar, because we never use it, but 3g of yeast remained for baking, and I put them in the liquid part. I had it for about 1 hour, stirred. Not butter, but sunflower oil (60g) from distant penates, in the metropolis there is no such fragrant on sale, we use only it all year round. Per liter of kefir 1.2 liters of flour, 6 eggs, 15 tsp. sugar with a slide, 1 hour l. soda, 2 bags of baking powder for 500 g of flour each. Mix and bake immediately. By the middle of baking, yeast started playing in the batch. But pancakes turn out to be finely porous, yellow and fluffy 15mm in height. Maybe, if the dough was thicker, they would be higher. Baked only under the lid. Half ate immediately, even the cat ate. I asked to send big thanks for the recipe.

1. the amount of flour according to the recipe was not enough for me - I had to report (about 3 tablespoons). Ideal consistency, when the dough stretches like gum behind a spoon

2. when I fry the pancakes - I turn them over to the other side only when the bubbles have inflated on top and the first one burst (like a volcano crater) - I adjust the fire so that during this time "to the first crater" the bottom does not burn, but turns beautifully

3.After turning over to the other side, I add oil to the pan, otherwise the crust is too dry for us
