Cabbage casserole in Princess Pizza Maker

Ingredients

fresh cabbage 700-800g
onion 1 PC
breadcrumbs 3 tbsp. l.
eggs 4 things
mayonnaise (sour cream) 3 tbsp. l.
milk 100ml
flour 3 tbsp. l.
salt, spices and seasonings
grated cheese 70-80g

Cooking method

  • A very simple, quick and easy dish. Chop the cabbage, finely chop the onion and darken them in a PP, covered with butter and breadcrumbs for 10 minutes. Stir a couple of times. During this time, mix well all other ingredients, except for the eggs. Add eggs to the mixture one at a time. Pour the mixture over the cabbage and leave for 5 minutes, after 5 minutes, turn off the PP and leave it unopened for another 5-7 minutes. Open and cut:

Yesterday I loaded up 900 grams of cabbage until I was stupid .. Well, it seemed to be stewed well, which was a complete surprise. I never thought that you can stew cabbage in a princess so quickly .. I then filled it with filling and probably kept it not for 5 minutes, but more. The fill fluffed up very much and rose. And burnt in places. Burnt bubbles were carefully cut out thinly, it turned out tasty anyway !! Next time I will stick less cabbage - for even if fresh cabbage disappears - the princess is not a trash can. I will do a little less fillings, and most importantly, I will monitor the cooking time !!
the recipe itself is simple but great!
By the way, the casserole came off easily (baked without a form), it was cut in portions remarkably. And the burnt one was wiped off without a trace with a bamboo cloth.
