Shyloopaya
Good day!
After 3 years of sitting on the forum in the bushes and re-reading it, only the beauty Cuckoo is in my kitchenette, and my soul requires everything.
You will go to Temki, you will find out for yourself a new apparatus, about which you have never even heard of before, and the great Hochukha wakes up. The problem is that, as a rule, she wakes up to "that bandura, that one on the shelf that kneads the dough and wrap it up with this gadget", and there is not enough money for everything at once)
As a result, I gathered my will into a fist and approached the matter more responsibly - the birthday was ahead, the guests were counted, my husband was notified, and accordingly there would be enough for a few gifts for the greedy Hochukha. In this regard, I ask you, dear (we ourselves are not local) advice. There are a couple of questions not about this stove, but in general, the main sight is on it, so the tricks decided to rant, do not hit hard or drive it to the right place, please)

In stock:
- multi-cooker-pressure cooker Kukushechka, in which almost everything is cooked, except for cereals. No way I won't find, I will not be lazy and will not select the correct ratio of cereal, milk and water.
-poor gas oven with always burnt bottom and damp dough inside

What I want: (these are generally wishes in the kitchen, not from one device)
I want a crispy crust
I want a baked top at the pastry
I want to minimize frying in oil
I want to try to bake bread myself
I want to put the ingredients in the shaitan machine, and after half an hour pick up a round, even bun of dough. I'm not very friendly with dough mixing + plus a bad oven together make baking in my family a pretty daring process.
I want something (potatoes, carrots, etc.) to shred beautifully and quickly.

From the variety of pages I have read, I brought out several sketches for myself, please tell me the right thoughts, or you can correct:
1. Almost everything from my list will be done by Delongy, so you can cross out AF and Airfryer. The only question is with the reduction of oil. On French fries - it is less clear, but if you bother about the fact that cutlets, meat, etc. do not absorb the selected fat - you need to think over and look for coasters so that the fat drains?

2. A food processor or processor can knead the dough and cut, grind all sorts of things. But they are sometimes more expensive than Delongy, so it is more logical to take a budget bread maker and Berner. As I understood from this particular topic, many knead the dough in bread makers, and the products themselves are made in a cousin. Separately, it is the kneader to take - the pictures are not painfully beautiful.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the number of letters
yacht777
To take a cousin is unambiguous, although I think the price for it is very high. But not everyone found a common language with Berner, but it's better to read it in the topic about Berner. When choosing a budget bread maker, you need to take into account that not every dough and not every volume it can knead, but it also bakes. But a good kitchen machine, although it does not bake, will knead almost any dough in a large volume. That is, it is a dough mixer, and a blender, and a grater, and rolling out the dough, etc. She took Kenwood in installments for 10 months, it was very expensive for me, but now I get a lot of pleasure from cooking. It all depends on how often and how much you cook.
But this, of course, is just my personal opinion. I bake for my family very often both in a bread machine and in the oven.
Mirabel
Nataliya, Strongly agree with yacht777, Olya, what to choose and what to buy is up to YOU! Depending on many factors, how much you cook and bake, material possibilities, availability of free space (this is all good, and you also need to push it somewhere)
I didn't make friends with Burner after I cut myself a couple of times.
The bread maker and the kneader are not mutually exclusive, but interchangeable (if you bake often) Are the kneaders really ugly?
An expensive food processor may be good, but personally, I like individual units more.
To cut and grind, you can buy an electric vegetable cutter. I have 2 of them, I'm very happy.
and also for grinding you need a blender, maybe more than one.
Dough mixers, juicers and other things are also not at all necessary to buy in the form of a combine, and some people find it more convenient.
or maybe it makes sense to buy Profiquk, it does a lot of different functions and immediately "shoot" a few birds with one stone.
I myself, when I came to the forum, drowned in all the information and in Wishlist. In my opinion, many ladies of this forum have gone through this.
My advice to you is to calmly study topics and ask questions without any fuss. There is a very good and friendly atmosphere here, they will always help and give correct and practical advice. Well, slowly decide what you need. and what you can do without. What is more needed, and what can wait, well, something like that.
I personally act on this principle and I bought a lot for the kitchen and do not regret anything, because I carefully studied and tormented the girls with questions.
And, with regards to Kuizin Delonge, lending from the reviews of girls whom I really trust, the unit is very cool, but expensive.
Personally, I have AF Phillips and I really want Delimano (for me it is more suitable than Delongy in some parameters) and got an AG with a smoking function.
All this I mean is that it is very difficult to give you advice unequivocally. Everyone has their own capabilities, needs and desires!
Good luck with your choice!
Shyloopaya
yacht777, MirabelThank you very much for your advice and personal experience!
I will add a little information, indeed from my post not everything can be understood by the volume of cooking, etc., and in general, what I need)
I'll fix it:

Berner and others like him - can really wait, this is a second plan Wishlist, I will not clog the topic with it. With kneading dough, it would also be more logical to pester people in topics about bread makers. So, thank you again for bringing your thoughts into a more orderly state.

On the topic with my cousin:

Our family still consists of two two-legged individuals and so far one, four-legged fluffy "scoundrel"
Koteich has a separate menu, so the main eater is the husband. I have a cartoon for 10 liters, despite the small number)
The cult of food for my husband is in one of the sooooo important places, plus I cook for him for work.
Baking, due to the peculiarities of the oven and my not very direct hands with it, does not happen as often as I would like. Once a week is stable, this is with regards to sweets (well, 1-2 times a week). I mostly bake in a cartoon, but I want crusts and sometimes muffin buns, and not a whole pie.

Regarding the cost of the cousin, I agree that the price of 20 tons is somewhat overstated, I would not buy it for myself for that kind of money. But I saw her in a store for 200 euros, plus a gift from her husband, who looked at her and without batting a glance approved the price tag. I think it will be possible to find a cheaper one and beg for a discount on a birthday)
Plus another moment - as I understand, the model is quite fresh and in a year or two it is quite possible that a natural decrease in cost will occur.

Actually, we got to my summing up:
I want a crust in meat and other baked goods
I want quick and nice-looking pastries
I want to cook with even less oil (french fries)

In connection with Wishlist, we considered: a cousin, an airfryer, a Filka air fryer, a miracle gas frying pan (the rest of the devices were deleted from the list for some sets of functions or at a price. You just need to reread the Temko about Delimano, I have already forgotten what the round is doing there).
Theoretically, if you recalculate at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, let's say even for today, the cousin wins, since this is a cartoon + airfryer + airfryer.
kolobok123
Shyloopaya,
I am also new to the forum.
And the same amount of information and want.
But HP Mulinex was long ago. I just didn't use it that much.
From what I dug on the forum, the Bork smokehouse was first bought. Smoked meat-mushrooms-fish-vegetables is very tasty.
I want to buy an extra pan to cook like in a pressure cooker, otherwise the pin gets in the way.

then a jardeko frying pan appeared. Good, but I had to take the princess. She lacks height.
then Proficuk is my favorite gravity gun. And like Kesh's heavy artillery with induction.
Next in line is Delongy, a vacuum dispenser, I still want the staff and looked after a super cool oven that makes a sous look.
but it's all a matter of money. I haven't paid for Kesha yet. But I have a family of 5 people. So everything is in demand))
I understand you very much.
Nina*
Hello, members of the forum! I want to "wedge" into your discussion of technology. In my opinion, we all have one desire - to buy a "machine" to fry, steam, boil, knead, serve, etc. In nature, there is no such thing.
I don't want the kitchen to look like a household repair shop. technology. (I saw such, some reach fanaticism)). Therefore, I think we need to decide what we are preparing and what we love. If baking, it is better not to knead the HP dough. I have 2. I bake bread all the time, especially white. And I bake rolls at Delongy the cousin. It is more for baking and frying (potatoes, meat, poultry, awesome cottage cheese in 14 minutes), but not soup! Not even a bowl for soup. This means that we also need equipment for soups and stewing meat, cereals, etc.
Of course, cuckoos cook very well, but the steam release valve is so inside that you can't get to the bottom and often breaks down, so I bought a "unit" - Moulinex SOOK 4 me, on the forum, in my opinion, on this one, I saw it from someone. The price is adequate - 5990 rubles, almost computer control, easy to maintain, a pressure cooker, just for soup, porridge, cooks very quickly, of course, not so many functions as in a cuckoo, but it suits me. So what else is needed for happiness ?! I prefer bread only with their HP, fries - delongues, stews, cooks soup - Moulinex, what else to dream of? As for Berner, I have been using a vegetable holder for 20 years and have never cut my hands. And for cubes and records I bought "Niser-Diser" (real, not a fake for 800 rubles.) In general, somewhere like that. And I try to restrain my "Wishlist", otherwise it would not have passed into the stage of illness.))).
anna_k
And I am just a patient on the topic of technology and am in the eternal search for the ideal. The husband resigned himself and even practically stopped pinching ...

The family is small - two adults and a small child who do not go to the garden yet. My husband and I work remotely, that is, we have to cook often and in small portions. There is no microwave, and I don’t like heated one.

At the moment, after a long optimization, I have:
For frying and baking - multi-body and AF Philips with a frying pan and a mold. I actively use both gadgets. Delongues are mainly for potatoes, chicken parts and any stir-frying (onions with carrots in stock, minced meat, etc.), croutons. I really liked to bake bread in it. And the borscht turned out to be wonderful. But I drive filipka for small casseroles, pies, bread for 250 grams of flour, etc.
There is also a princess, but I rarely use it. Mainly for pizza and focaccia, as it is inconvenient to get out of the delongue.

For the test
- here it is more difficult. There is a bread maker, a budget dough mixer (Kenwood Prospero) and a ProfiCook kitchen machine. To be honest, the bread maker has become superfluous. Kenwood does an excellent job with bread dough, but I knead tight in Proficuka. It's just that I finally got a dishwasher, and containers from kenwood and proficook can be washed there. But the bucket from the bread machine is not worth it.

For slicing - I have a burner for five years, model V-Prima Honestly, not a single burner ... Now I rarely use it. Most often, I cut onions and carrots for soup, but now Profiquk does the best with this, especially since then I still cook the soup in it. If I need somewhere else, then it turned out to be more convenient for me to use the Tefal 5 seconds shredder (Tupperware has an analogue, but much more expensive). And for slicing, I accidentally bought a DeBuyer Kobra (a little expensive, but worth it).

In general, from my vast fleet of equipment, a multi-body and a proficouk kitchen machine (and also a delongue robot and a 2-liter phillips cartoon) are vital for me. It is this set that I will take to the dacha in another country))))
Mirabel
Yeah ... how many people, so many opinions ..to someone to create scrap from a workshop on Gen. technology, and someone else buys in addition to the existing one., similar with additional functions.
Conclusion - what is needed and what is not needed is very individual!
anna_k
Mirabel, yeah, and everything becomes clear only empirically. And most importantly, it transforms very much over time
Nina*
Agree! It's like cutting one onion - one needs a board and a knife, and the other needs a gadget that needs to be washed after that. Over time, you understand what is needed and what is not needed in principle. I have a "tefal" pancake maker, bought 10 years ago, at first they seemed to use it, but now it only takes a place, kitchen. I rarely use the "Bocsh" machine either, and I constantly use the bread maker, because it not only kneads the dough,
it is still there and "fits", you get it ready, bake anything.
Rituslya
Devuli, I baked such cottage cheese muffins in our Kuzin. The recipe from page 272. Silicone molds. Everything was baked very well. Testa tried to add a little more than half, but it literally grew.
Multi-oven DeLonghi FH1394
Anyuta85
Can you please tell me, can you cook pilaf in this device and how does it cope with soups?

Initially, I wanted a multicooker-pressure cooker, I even looked at Moulinex Cook4Me. But yesterday the consultant showed DeLonghi FH1394 and now I'm trying to figure out what to take. Both devices are definitely not needed - there is nowhere to put.
There is a bread maker and a built-in large oven.
I wanted to cook for the whole family (6 adults)
Of the most topical soups / borscht, fried / baked potatoes, roast and pilaf.

And about Shteba which 2XL did not think?
Shyloopaya
Anyuta, I will try to comment on a couple of these points.
From what I have read, it seems to me that it will be possible to make pilaf, at least the risotos were laid out accurately.

But about the soups: the cousin makes them, and it is very tasty, as I understand it (borschik, and even with stirring, mmmm)
But, the output of the finished soup, if I may say so, is 2 liters. Consider this since you have a family of 6.
There are only two of us, but I make soups in a 10-liter cartoon, enough for 2-3 days (although we are soup showers).
Someone cooks at one time, without further storage in the refrigerator, someone eats soup for 2 thin ladles, try on the amount of cooking for your family.

I don't have a cousin yet, I'm studying information for the final order) So, perhaps, the girls with an already standing cousin in the kitchen will correct or supplement my comments.

Are there such people?
Shyloopaya
I have a Korean model of the Cuckoo, they usually count by person. Mine is for 10 people, on the scale of division with a mark up to 10, here in my head something crossed with the displacement.
Tomorrow I will measure how much by liter there is :-)
vernisag
If you are talking about your 1010, then my 1051 has exactly the same bowl, 5 liters of it (under the edge of the bowl) of soup can only be cooked 3.5 liters, and vegetables can be pushed full.
Shyloopaya
Her, I have a very Korean girlfriend, CRP-G1060SP. (on the forum it is not on the list, so I put it, which was closer in function)
But yes, that's right, 5 liters is a usable volume. I usually cook soups with the lid open, so in general it allows you to pour about 4-4.5 liters.
Thank you for paying attention, otherwise I would have lived on with a "10" -litre cuckoo

What an interesting device. It's a pity a little expensive.
Is it easy to maintain this device (wash in PMM). ?
Shyloopaya
Perhaps someone will find it helpful to compare DeLonghi and Delimano.
Based on read 2 topics about these stoves, data taken from girls' discussion.Perhaps something is misunderstood, or the information is not entirely correct. Correct please

I could not figure out how the built-in table creation capabilities work, I'll try this:

Multi-oven DeLonghi FH1394

Shyloopaya
A little more detail about those moments that cannot be said in two words in the table.

In the end, I settled on Delongy for several reasons that are important for my particular cuisine:
1. I take for baking, crusts, etc., but at the same time as an assistant for my main cartoon. That is, the moment of cooking in the bowl itself is still attractive to me. On the next branch about Delimano, I saw information that they practically do not cook in a bowl. It may well be a matter of time. But I understood for myself that the delimano is still basically a device for frying, baking, etc., aimed mainly at meat, the cousin of the delongue is a slightly wider range (cereals, soups, etc.).
2. Trust in the brand. We have now, oddly enough, the difference in price for them is not too different (199 euros delongues and about 150 euros delimano). Therefore, taking into account the functions I need, I will choose a brand with a long history.
But this is in the context of a specific case, it is also easy to take a risk and take a device that is unique in its functions from an unknown company, and there is also a marriage in Mercedes.

Something like this, I sit, I count the days until my birthday)
Roza_Irina
And my fan creaks terribly again. Already in winter my husband was lubricating, time passed and again this creak. While looking for another lubricant, I decided not to cook. There is a possibility that the fan is stuck. So much for the proven Brand.
Shyloopaya
Roza_Irina, I sympathize, but did you wear it to the service center?
A marriage, alas, can slip through everywhere, and you can make a small discount on the fact that the model is fresh, the first in the line, so to speak.

And I have a frustration, after so many hours of reading, choosing, comparing prices and harassing the kind people of the forum and my husband - it looks like the cousin is walking past me.
I went to the site of the store today, where I saw the stove alive - I saw another discount on it, happily licked my lips, and then I look closely - the epery theater, and this is not a cousin! This is her predecessor, just like a deep fryer with a stirrer, the girls here also wrote about her. We were in the store on other matters, so I ran into the kitchen appliances with a bullet and looked around the assortment with my eyes. She quickly dragged her husband, received a nod of approval and quickly ran away. Blind tetera ..
So here in the country I didn’t find her anymore, take it from ebay or from Moscow - it will turn out higher than the budget approved by my husband.
And what do you want now ..
Anyuta85
In Odessa DeLonghi FH1394 from 150 euros and above.
Shyloopaya
Very nice price)
Alas, from Ukraine, in my opinion, to other countries only through friends or transport companies.
Ninelle
Shyloopaya, keep wanting it. What if the discounts on it are unrealistic? Or girls on HP often give away their bonuses and promotional codes, maybe you can keep within the budget. I also want this spaceship, but there is nowhere to put it ...
Anyuta85
Girls, can anyone tell you how soups, stews and rice are made in Delongy?
Shyloopaya
Ninelle, continue)
No, everything is achievable, you just want to, it just takes a little time. AF Filippki also appeared in Russia later than Russia, and if they sell their younger brother to cousins, then sooner or later the stoves themselves will appear.
Birthday, then in 2 weeks, how to pacify I want?) She will not wait, so you just need to castling in the desired devices.

This forum has 3 main troubles:
- I can buy, but nowhere to put
- there is where to put, I can not choose
- I can buy, there is where to put - not for sale in my country.

Kuzinka replaces quite a lot of priborchikov, can someone give a similar function from girlfriends or to the dacha whom to send to a reference? And the place will be?
anna_k
I'm not very good with soups. Once only the borschik was not bad. I can’t find the program.
In general, I'll probably return to Steba or my little ones.
The roast is not bad, but I have not tried the rice (I cook pilaf in Steba)

Shyloopaya, forgot one more thing - I want to eat, where to put, but there is no money))))
Shyloopaya
anna_k, Yes exactly!
Only, it seems to me that this is no longer one of the "troubles" - but this is the universal grief of deviceaholics, which is always present.
There is always a device that is "Waaaaaaaaa, want-want-want", but price-price-price
Anyuta85
Girls, another question: how is the cup itself? Thickness, coating quality, comfort and reliability of the handle?
I came across in reviews on various resources that the bowl is thin ... is it so?
Anyuta85
EVERYTHING) I crushed the TOAD and Ordered) 3666 UAH, I'm waiting for the 19th delivery)
Shyloopaya
I hope your assistant will please you)
Write your impressions when you arrive.
anna_k
And I was making cottage cheese cookies this morning. Alas, it did not live up to the photo session

Butter - 50 gr
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l. with a slide
Egg - 1 pc.
Honey - 2 tsp.
Cottage cheese - 250 gr.
Flour - 180-200 gr.
Baking dough - 1 tsp.
Vanillin to taste

Melt the butter, mix with sugar and honey, add the egg and cottage cheese. Sift flour, mix, add baking powder.
The dough is soft and pleasant.
Roll out into walnut-sized balls and place in a multi-bowl
Oven mode power 2 15 min.
Enough for two parties.

Very tasty and easy, both children and adults like it.
svet_lana
Hello girls! I bought myself a cousin. I took it in DNS for 14,490 rubles. The impressions are quite expected. Before that, there was also a Tefal Aerofree with a stirrer. Of course, compared to tefal, this one is more convenient to use, there are more modes, after cooking it turns off itself, you can remove the stirrer, the volume is again larger. Most of all for frequent use so that the oven does not needlessly drive on trifles. True, I also have a hotter, but he did not take root, I do not like him ... he has a permanent registration on the refrigerator as a dust collector.
anna_k
svet_lana, Congratulations! Cool thing! And the price is great!
Ninelle
Shyloopaya, ehhh ... There are no summer cottages either .. Yes, and replacing an airfryer with an airfryer, for example, is unrealistic! Chicken does not fit in Kuzya, and in principle I don’t bake chicken in the oven, well, more I like to bake it in AeroGrish, and the legs-wings too. Your cousin, and I have already named her Kuzey, I like it myself.
anna_k
Ninelle, and I happily fused my hotter with my mother-in-law))))
I only had a husband with him ... And even then only for chicken wings and other spare parts)))
But cooking with an airfryer is more joyful, especially baking pleases. And I just don't like the whole chicken, so the problem disappears.

Maybe you delimano to see how the chicken fits in there, the meat dishes turn out gorgeous.
Shyloopaya
Ninelle, oh, as I understand, Kuzi's appearance is
And in Temko there were photos of a whole chicken in it, only it seemed to me that the crust did not come out as in the airfryer. But maybe this lighting just played a role.
So I still want to go to Kuzya for later, I will take the klarstein if I have time)
Ninelle
anna_k, I don’t know ... I’m somehow wary of Delimano. And I hope to buy Kuzya anyway. After all, someday my housing issue will be decided? ... And I am abusing AeroGrish, this is practically the first of device love.
Shyloopaya, God willing, I'll buy it, then I'll try.

I used to smear the legs-wings and chicken with something, or marinate in some kind of kese-mese, and recently I only pepper and salt, marinate in red onions at the most. The result is awesome, and for my husband's weight loss and my memories of the waist (about the one she used to be) is also beneficial. Is it possible in Kuza and Delimano, not to make a mistake?
Rituslya
I have Endever. A very similar unit to Delimano, but there are no skewers. I wanted to sell it, because there is something like Kuzin in stock. But no. Whole chicken on a skewer in Endever is sooo delicious!
I am in Kuzin now all the cottage cheese muffins I bake, and sometimes potatoes. In general, I did not regret at all that I have it. I want to try something else, but it seems like there are so many assistants ... Everyone does their own thing.
anna_k,I never pickle practically anything. But she poured the kebabs for my son with soda, and then with kefir. All. No more marinade.
Ninelle
Rituslya, in my AeroGrish there is no spit, it's just that chicken is cooked on the grill, everything also flows down, and the crust, mmmm, I beat myself on the hands so as not to peel off and devour gobble up .. They say it is harmful, but delicious thirst!

Ninelle,it is wonderful that Hotter, as they say, came to court. I can't. The first has a fan "exhausted", and the next husband gave it with steam injection. Oh well ... Chegoy has dried everything out so much that you can't put it in your mouth. I spat on it, and now I only process crackers in it.
