Ingredients

Flour 160 g
Baking powder pinch
Butter 65 gr.
Sugar 65 gr.
Egg (small) 1 PC.
Vanillin* on the tip of a knife
Milk 1 tbsp. l
Red gel food coloring 2-3 drops
Sugar pencils ** (I have leftover custard) white

Cooking method

  • Sift flour and baking powder into a deep bowl. Add soft butter, sugar, vanillin, egg and milk

  • Knead a soft, elastic dough. Stir in 2-3 drops of red dye

  • Divide the dough into 2 parts, wrap in plastic and put in the cold for an hour (I put it in the freezer for 10 minutes). Roll each part into a rectangle of about 24x12 cm, cut in half horizontally, and then diagonally

  • You will get triangles. Wrap the lower part of each triangle up, press a little, and wrap the tops obliquely in any direction

* you can add your favorite spices to taste
** You can also melt white chocolate and decorate with it. If you have time, then it is better to cover with white icing.


In the original recipe, the biscuits are baked from dough without dye and then glazed. Since I had absolutely no time to wait for the icing to dry, I decided to add dye to the dough
