Munich salad

Ingredients

Sausage semi smoked 300 g
pickled cucumbers 3 pcs
hard cheese 200 g
red onion 1 small head
parsley 5-6 branches
For refueling:
sour cream or yogurt 0.5 tbsp.
mayonnaise 0.5 tbsp.
dijon mustard 1 tsp
white wine vinegar 1 tsp
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut sausage, cucumbers and cheese into strips, onions into half rings. Chop the parsley and add to the food. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, add mustard and vinegar and mix the dressing again. Combine salad with dressing, garnish with herbs.
