Ingredients

margarine 200 g
sugar 150 g
eggs 3 pcs
sour cream 150 g
milk 3 tbsp. l.
flour 300 g
baking powder 10 g
cocoa 2 tbsp. l.
for balls:
cottage cheese 200 g
sugar 3 tbsp. l.
yolk 1 PC
coconut flakes (poppy seeds) 5-6 st. l.
custard cream:
milk 2 st
egg 1 PC
sugar 150 g
flour 2 tbsp. l.
vanillin

Cooking method

  • 1. Grind cottage cheese, sugar, yolk and coconut flakes well. My husband does not like shavings, I had to replace it with poppy seeds. Delicious too!
  • 2. From the resulting mass, make balls the size of a walnut.
  • 3. Put them in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • - dough
  • 4. Grind soft margarine with sugar.
  • 5. Add eggs and remaining protein, beat well
  • 6. Then pour in sour cream, milk, flour and baking powder, mix well.
  • 7. Put half of the dough into a greased dish.
  • 8. In the remaining dough, put 2 tablespoons of cocoa, mix and put on top of the white dough.
  • 9. Remove the balls from the freezer and press into the dough.
  • 10. Bake in the oven for 40-45 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees - in the original, I baked in a slow cooker for 50 minutes. on baked goods.

  • 11. For the custard, beat the egg with sugar and vanilla, add flour.
  • 12. Pour in 2 cups of milk and put on fire, stirring with a whisk.
  • 13. Bring the cream to thickening.
  • 14. Put the custard on the cooled cake and sprinkle with cocoa powder.

I took the recipe from some regular subscription to Odnoklassniki, I can't find the link anymore. In the original photo, of course, paint it better, but I really wanted to share the recipe! And when the next time I will bake is unknown. On the demolition already, not for pies.
My disadvantages - take only the freshest eggs, clearly divide the dough in half, and you can safely pour more cocoa for color contrast.
