Ingredients
Bulgarian pepper 1 kg
Bulb onion 1 kg
Tomatoes 1 kg
Cucumbers 1 kg
White cabbage 1 kg
Carrots 1 kg
Salt 8 tbsp. l.
Sugar 16 tsp
Sunflower oil 1.5 tbsp.
Vinegar 9% 0.75 tbsp
Cooking method

Chop all vegetables at random, grate carrots. Add salt, sugar, vegetable oil, vinegar, mix and put in a bowl. Put on the stove, cook, stirring, wait until the middle of the mass begins to boil and you can start putting it in sterilized jars. Roll up the cans, wrap each one in a newspaper, wrap it up and leave it to cool completely. While the heat is on, I keep it in the refrigerator, then I put it in any cool place at home. Substandard is well suited for cooking.

The dish is designed for cans I use 0.5 and 0.7

Thanks for the recipe! Question - vegetables are not boiled at all? Do not add liquid, give vegetables juice? The taste is not very sour, I just don’t really like the taste of vinegar, I always try to find a recipe where there is a minimum of it.
