katyaspb, Catherine, the size of the shaft, unfortunately, I will not tell (nothing to measure), offhand about 6 mm. But I'll post photos from different angles

Galina, there is also delivery! I also saw this option, with such a price my idea loses its meaning. Therefore, I am looking for other options. But you need to know the characteristics of the blade, because for sure it will fit from some model)
Natasha, thank you very much, I will look further. Although 6mm confuses me a little, I have not yet come across less than 8, and I do not see information about this stove yet.
Girls, thanks again for your help!
MargW
katyaspb, The diameter of the hole in the blade is 7.5 mm. Measured with a ruler. Slides on the shaft freely. So the size of the shaft is 7 mm (maybe a little more)
Lagri
katyaspb, Catherine, and you tried to find a shovel in the service center serving Maxwell in your city. Find this service center and just go there, well, as a last resort, call first. I think they will find or pick up the right blade for you. This is not a bucket. I found some spare parts for household appliances in this way. Good luck!
sazalexter
katyaspbVery similar to Maxwell, Rolsen RBM Bread Maker - 530, but it is unlikely that you will find a spatula on them, this is not provided by the manufacturer.

Margw, thank you very much, I will search by size, or by model, indeed, only in one store in Moscow. Can you clarify (do not consider it intrusive), in what place is 7.5 mm, on a cut or diameter?
Lagri. Maria, a great idea, I didn't think of it myself (stupid), I went to look for service centers. I’ll look for Scarlett too. Thank you
sazalexter, thanks, I ran to look
MargW
katyaspb, The diameter is measured. On the cut, it is about 1 mm less.
katyaspb
MargWthank you
Jackdaw-Crow
Ekaterina, measured the hole in the scapula with a vernier caliper, the top got a diameter of 8.1 mm and the bottom diameter is 8.5 mm And 7.5 mm the hole in the place where it was cut off My aunt and cousin had HP Supra BMS-150 (by the way, both were happy), so there, as far as I remember, very similar to Maxwell MW-3752W
shoulder blades
katyaspb
Galina, thank you very much!
I phoned 6 service centers today, while the result is disappointing, neither for Maxwell, nor for Scarlett there are no blades and will not be. I read somewhere that Kenwood 210 has the same, wait for it for 8 weeks. But the stove has already been bought, so there is no turning back, I MUST SEARCH
If someone remembers more models with a similar blade, I will be grateful
Lagri
Catherine, a shovel from Lentel XBM 1008 (sold in the Lenta hypermarket for a long time and a lot) - a copy of the Maxwell 3752 shovel. I put it in our Maxwell, it works like its own. Wrote in a personal.
katyaspb
Something went wrong with my new stove, turned it on without a bucket, a loud, rare knock is heard, about once a second, not ringing. It's the same with an empty bucket. I read here that the stove should work quietly. Marriage? ... Really carry back?
And so far nothing has been working with the spatula, I have not yet reached the Lenta, the service centers already recognize me by my voice, I ask them for spatulas first to one stove, then to another. But if you have to return, then the scapula is useless.
Has anyone had such a knock?
Lagri
Catherine, I do not have a knock, but as if the balls are rolling, it is. I asked the girls here, in this thread, and it seems that the same is present.
katyaspb
Maria, not balls, a loud knock, like a wooden mallet, at the beginning of the kneading, for one or two minutes, then the speed increases, and the knock disappears, begins to rustle softly.
Lagri
I just turned on the stove on purpose and for sure - there is a knock like a wooden mallet without a bucket and with a bucket. And after a while - the rustling of balls.
Jackdaw-Crow
Ekaterina, there is such a store "SAMREM", there are similar mixers, call, and if there is something suitable, then you can drive up with a bucket, probably
katyaspb
Maria, thanks, calmed down, looking for a scapula further
Galina, tomorrow afternoon I'll hit the road to this store. It seemed to me that they could come from Kenwood 210, or Moulinex 1101. I'll drag a bucket, of course. Thank you for the information, I have never come across this store, however, I'm always looking for a 'shovel', but here are 'knives'

Good evening everyone! I am ready to report:
Bread maker Maxwell MW-3752W,
my first experience in a new stove, weight -397 g, height -10.5 cm.
A bit pale for a medium crust, but I will adjust, this is nonsense. As a result, I got the shovel in the SAMREM store, bought it for Moulinex 1101 .., the cheapest one, since it was clear that it was too long and would have to be cut. They cut off the excess with a grinder and finished it in Russian with a file. Now I will watch how the paddle with the damaged coating will behave, although now, if anything happens, I can always replace it.
It smells strongly of hot plastic when used for the first time, hopefully it will pass.
Many thanks to everyone who supported me for their advice and help !! Only thanks to your participation I DID IT !!
Jackdaw-Crow
Ekaterina, congratulations on your first bread! : girl_claping: I hope everything will turn out excellently for you!
katyaspb
Thank you,Galina, now I will bake 'kids', otherwise we have too much in a big bread maker

Catherine, your "first experience" is wonderful for this hp. The roof is convex, bread for such a weight is high, so well done! And the color for the medium crust is normal. Well, if you take the spatula out of the bucket after the last workout, then there will never be any problems. I have never baked with a spatula and they are all like new. And when I switched to baking aluminum molds (and almost switched from buying bread makers and very rarely bake in a bucket of hp), then the buckets are all new. The HP did not smell of plastic when working. Maybe this was the first time (and the last) you had, maybe the grease was burnt? Let xn serve you for a long time! You have suffered her, but she is worth it.
katyaspb
Maria, I also always take out the spatula if I am present when baking. But often I put it on a delayed start, come home from work to the ready-made bread, take out the spatula from it. Shaped and paddled dances are only possible on weekends
shurpanita
Catherine, it's great that they found the scapula! Delicious bread!
Elena
Good evening everyone! Take in your ranks. I bought a Maxwell MW-3752W bread maker at M Video. I bought the last one from the display case, which had no instructions, no glass with a spoon, no packaging. The spatula was in the bread maker. I also stood in the store for a long time and decided - to take, not to take. I took a chance and did not regret it even once. The instruction was downloaded in the internet, the seller gave a glass and a spoon with a hook from another bread machine. A glass with a division of 250 in the upper division + there is still a place "under the edge" And what is the division of the native glass? Although I have adapted to weigh flour. Here is my bread

P.S. Now I am puzzled by the question of purchasing a kitchen scale. Does anyone have those that measure both grams and mln.? Maybe you can advise something?
Quote: Lagri
There are a lot of kitchen scales on sale now and they are probably all good. I have three of them, all electronic. The very first ones were accurate to 2 grams, then I bought a glass scale with an accuracy of a gram and another one for a promotion, inexpensively, because I liked it.)) Everything works fine, and I use one or the other. It seems to me that there is no difference, take any. They measure everything both in grams and in milliliters.
Girls, can ordinary electronic kitchen scales, well, really, those that are in most stores, I'm talking about simple flat electronic ones, can measure volume in ml? Well, if only, probably, a measuring cup is included, but then scales are not needed for it ...

Congratulations on your successful purchase! The bread turned out great! : girl_claping: How much flour is it baked from? From my HP, the bread turned out with a very light crust, until I closed the viewing window with foil, and yours is so ruddy!

How much flour is it baked from?
Baked according to the standard recipe for 170 water and 280 flour. The window was not covered with anything.
Jackdaw-Crow
So it was not in vain that they took the risk and bought this stove even from the window and in the incomplete set!

I did not regret the purchase at all, I also baked a cupcake, according to the recipe from this branch, it turned out to be successful. Thanks to the forum, I'm sitting looking for some other kind of bread to bake. We have rye and wheat wholegrain premium "Nice Day". I want to go to the store tomorrow to buy buckwheat flour, and I will experiment
sazalexter
anna2008, Scales are very helpful in avoiding mistakes, especially since most recipes are given in grams.
Kestrel
sazalexter, well, yes, and I’m talking about the same thing, I’m nowhere without scales, I just didn’t understand at all how to find out exactly how many ml in these grams on ordinary scales ... I was sure that simple scales show only weight (I scratch turnips). I always used measuring containers to measure the volume, and then, if it's necessary - on the scales, or vice versa ...

By the way, a question for you, as a professional - there are ordinary electronic scales "waterproof", don't you know? That is, so that you can wash directly (by hand, of course)?
sazalexter
anna2008Household scales are usually "splash-proof", you can clean the upper platform gently without turning the scale over. With a wet sponge, for example.
Quote: anna2008

my scales are not household, they simply remove the platform.
and it is right.
Lagri
Anna, I have three electronic scales, bought at different times, starting in 2004, somewhere, without much choice, and all three are measured in grams and ml, there is a button that changes g and ml. My sister and girlfriends have the same thing. I’m not saying that all scales have it, I don’t know, but how many weights have met so far, so it was. When buying from a store, you can always check.
Lagri
Elena, well done, great bread! Congratulations on your bread maker!

Calm my irrepressibility
MargW
ElenaThe top cut of a native measuring cup is exactly 250 ml. (There are also divisions in ounces, in quarters and 1/3 of a glass, but that doesn't matter).
Elena
MargW, , Thanks I'll know.

Hello everyone. Today I baked bread with cheese and fried onions. Here's what happened Bread maker Maxwell MW-3752W

Baked according to the recipe of Alexander73, from page 9 of this thread. (The forum does not allow beginners to insert links) just added a little more grated cheese.
Lagri
Elena, well, very beautiful bread! All so evenly grilled, the roof is convex! Well done! And the fact that it is tasty - I have no doubt: with cheese, and even with fried onions ... I also baked like that.
Elena
LagriThank you, I also bake bread according to your recipe, for 170 water-280 flour, but you have no sugar, I add.
Lagri
Elena, this is, one might say, the very first recipe and the main one, according to which I baked bread for every day and baguettes, and which always turned out.And this recipe is from the book for my first HP Mulinex with a baguette holder.
Elena
Lagri, Tell me, is hop bread and on beer the same or different?
Lagri
Elena, I bake bread with hop sourdough, which I brought out specially and there is such a topic about this leaven, I gave a link in this thread. I think you mean exactly this hop bread. And on beer they make bread with yeast, probably somewhere I met recipes, this is a different bread. Now I bake only with hop sourdough, also in a bread machine, and I think for a long time. Although it is possible that I will bake it with yeast.
Nadya_K
I didn't get the hop sourdough, I'm making kefir sourdough, according to the Admin recipe. while I'm baking on live yeast:]
Elena
Lagri, Yes, I read about leaven. I already went to three pharmacies, there is no hop anywhere, After reading the forum, I started buying the L11 form, I called our city - so far no one has, there will be deliveries somewhere in March. I will wait.
Lagri
Nadya_K, I also used to make kefir sourdough, but the bread on it seemed sour and I did not use it. And the hop one turned out right away and the bread on it was very suitable for us, so I settled on it, and I'm sure it will be for a long time.
Elena, hops are not always and not in all pharmacies, I also called many pharmacies until I found hops. So look and you will find it if you think to bring out the leaven. And if you grow it, you will not regret it. Form L11, indeed, is a very necessary thing for our x / stove, if you really want to bake the usual "brick". Successful searches to you!

This is my hop sourdough bread at L11 in our Maxwell:

Girls, how do you get such a ruddy bread? I have it always pale on the "medium" crust. Dark, or what, to put?
I read here that if you cover the window with foil, it will brown, you have to try. Should I put it on top of the lid?
Lagri
Natalia, and you bake bread in a whole bucket, then the top will be tanned. I covered the window with foil on top, when the bread was below the edges of the bucket, it helped a little. And a dark crust will not help the top if the bread is much lower than the edge of the bucket. The side crusts will of course be darker. I even on the window covered the foil, folded in four, with a towel on top.
