For the first time I made mint marshmallow + lemon + zucchini (special thanks to Astrologina for the zucchini.)
How much to put and how to cook - almost all of the comments here.
However, as it turned out, 100 grams of mint is a whole bowl of leaves (I removed the stems):

Table marshmallow mint, lemon, zucchini

Zucchini

(or rather 2 small ones) took zucchini and added 2 lemons.

All ingredients are through a blender.

These are zucchini (they do not give as much moisture as white ones, but after chopping, I removed excess moisture with 3 pieces of paper towels):

This is lemon + mint (again, according to the advice of members of the forum, mint must be crushed with something, it's easier):

Then she mixed everything and added an overripe banana that had long been asking for somewhere:

I put everything on a drying sheet for marshmallow (Isidri Snekmaker) - it turned out 2 pieces:

Table marshmallow mint, lemon, zucchini

I dried it on a medium setting (this is a real aromatherapy !!!) and what surprised me was that the marshmallow shrank in size.

The color, if noticeably, is indeed similar to scalded oxalic.

We tried 1 marshmallow as a family and decided that the lemon was a little too much, and the second - in winter for vitamins:

Indeed - VERY amazing !!! Although, everything dries up in the dryer, but the marshmallow ...

I don't understand - is there sugar?
Rada-dms
SweetSveta, You quoted not my post! How did you manage it? Are you a sorceress?
Breeze
Anna1957, there is no sugar in this marshmallow.

SweetSveta, for the first time my candy got so tight, I think that this "gimmick" could have been provoked by a banana (but again, in other candy it did not behave like that).

This is the class. So it can be used by dieters.
Breeze
Can be used:
1. "Sitting" on a diet.
2. Diabetics.
3. During fasting.
4. With a lack of vitamins.
5. Just like that.

And I literally did almost yesterday, only I didn't have mint, I had a snakehead and instead of lemon lime ... I added a little sugar, dried the marshmallow for the first time, in principle, until I realized whether I liked it or not (last season I dried a little strawberries for testing , at once it seemed to me like a biscuit without taste, without smell. But after standing for a couple of months, the taste and aroma "blossomed" straight ...) I put it off, I'm waiting

Yes, most likely it is. The banana shrinks a lot on its own.

I'm not a sorceress, I'm just learning))) I don't know how it happened ...
Anna1957
I wonder if you can add dried mint?
Tumanchik
I just put a marshmallow: banana, honey, lemon (pulp + zest + juice), parsley, lettuce, zucchini, mint. After grinding zucchini, lettuce, parsley and mint in a blender, I dumped the mass into cheesecloth and squeezed out the juice - I got drunk heartily! sweet even without honey and sugar, very tasty!
thanks to the author for the idea!
I will report on the result!

It's time for this recipe again
Zucchini and mint again. But lemons are expensive now
Satalya
An interesting recipe! But if you put citric acid instead of lemon? Some recipes have this. Tomorrow I'll buy more zucchini and try to cook it. No banana. Bananas are expensive too.
MouseYulka
I wonder if you put basil instead of mint? I really liked the lemon + basil drink, but I don't like mint
Admin
Julia, do as you want and with what you want - this is your personal taste
Can I do quite a bit on trial to understand "but I need it"?

Therefore, it is called "table" marshmallow, which is used as a seasoning for various dishes
MouseYulka
Admin, Tatiana, although she did not understand about the seasoning, but the experiment is being dried We don’t feel sorry for the zabachkov, and the rest is a victim of the experiment, if anything. Bananas were again brought in surplus and they fell in price
