But I accidentally oversalted the filling, put as many as 2 measuring spoons of salt, thought about not throwing it away? And now the recipe for what came out insanely tasty when they ate, the whole family bellowed with pleasure!
3 boiled eggs, a bunch of chopped onions, well-washed, salt, half a pack of low-fat cottage cheese, Russian cheese 100 grams, tomato slices (from my freezer, cut with a burner, thick side), mushrooms 3-4 pieces (I also have from the freezer). Roll the dough in one direction, divide into 3 rectangles. Cheese, eggs, onions, salt, cottage cheese mix, spread on rectangles from one edge, on top of slices of tomatoes and mushrooms. Closes the dough and form 3 rings (we twist the edges with a pigtail), turn over so that the side with the mushrooms is at the bottom, grease with an egg, poke the dough with a fork, so that the cold princesses do not sound for 12 minutes. I had no time to get it right away, I left it closed for another 5 minutes. There is a little cold, because there is a lot of juice inside. The taste is indescribable!
P.S. take the dough exactly talosto, blue rectangle packaging, Star is drier and rougher.
