I fight like a fish ... I can't insert a photo and there is no information on the site, it's just a shame, it seems like I'm not stupid (this is of course IMHO
Galya, I asked you, do you insert photos through the gallery? In general, do this:
1. Go to your profile.
2. Find "My Gallery" in the left column and click on this tab.
3. A window will appear. In the center will be "Upload file". Click on it, this tab.
4. A window will come out. Find the path to the folder on your computer where the photos are saved.
5. Click once with the left mouse button on the photo you want to upload.
6. When the photo is uploaded, it will appear. Under it there will be 2 codes (links) on the photo. The first code is a large photo. The second code is a preview photo - that is, when you click on this photo on the theme page, it increases.
Sorry if you know all this, but I am explaining here. Try it, I just inserted a photo of the grates to the meat grinder.
Girls, I disappear until evening! Deeds call ...

wow, really it turned out !!!
Lyudmila, dear, you are still writing in such detail to everyone .... I will come to you to weed the weeds))))))
So: the top tea is of medium fermentation, the bottom on the right is strong, and on the left is weak.

Luda, yeah, I'll go wrap up my three leaves))) I had to freeze more)))
Gulya, nothing, the main thing is that the rolls are twisted. For this we freeze, so that later it would be easier to twist.

Galya! Super! How expensive a store! Cool tea!

Galina Iv.
I catch the word!

Loksa
Lyudochka, yes, it looks like my incense is out of Doh- okay, it will go into a barrel of grass for watering. I’m stubborn - I put 2 leaves of badan into the freezer immediately, and 2 dried

Galina show a PHOTO of TAVOLGA with leaflets, I have a suspicion that I know him, thanks
Let the weeds also get warm, when they dry, and then we grab them
Galina in your first message is missing a square bracket, if you add it there will be a photo, sometimes I don't pick them up from my tablet either - I just add it.

You can put a 3-liter jar of water on them.
I put a 5-liter one, filled with hot water and changed the water as it cooled down.

It's a shame! Oksana, maybe the central vein of the berry should be removed completely, if it is tough? You would have to cooperate with Rada about badan. Something she is silent. How did she do it?

Lena, how restless! Why hot water? Uneven heating of the mass will be - only from above. Yes, and there is no need to artificially raise the temperature. The increased temperature during fermentation can degrade the taste and aroma of the tea.

There is my cherry granulated in the oven, and my head is spinning from the smell ... I crossed my fingers to make it.In the freezer there are packets of apple, cherry, raspberry, currant leaves and a small packet of fireweed leaves. I hope that on Sunday they will reach their hands.
Ludmila, thanks for your new hobby.
GruSha
Ludmila, after 4 hours I opened and sniffed my currants, it smells like nettles, you probably still have to wait?
GruSha
Galina Iv., Wow, this is the result !!! Congratulations :-)

Why hot water?
It's raining outside, it's cool, so I decided to warm up the dough a little, I closed the bottle of water with a blanket in two layers. So I made raspberries, I didn't seem to ruin them.)))
GruSha
these were the tubes, I twisted 3-5 pieces

and so changed color after 5 hours

🔗

Now the leaves are in the oven
Omela
Beautyaa !!! Did you wind one plate at the current?

I climbed up to mine too, the color changed .. it smells nice. I don't even know how much to keep. They have been standing for 4 hours.
Rada-dms
GruSha, jewelry work!!!
Rada-dms
Omela, stir, the aroma will then show itself completely, my lower ones always smell stronger :)
Omela
Do you need to mix ???
GruSha
so I'm on trial))) don't laugh: girl_red: girls

It turns out to be not so difficult, so tomorrow we will twist more, the leaves are already in the frost

The smell after 4 hours is very strong, for some reason it reminds me very much of May nettle. She held it for another hour and sent it to the oven. About 50 minutes in the oven, now they are drying in the dryer, maybe the oven in the village is old, minimal. rate 125 is written but how much is actually unknown. Of course, I left the door a little open, but I decided to dry it in the dryer after all
Rada-dms
So, sir! I divided the badan leaves into three parts: one dry and black - rinse them quickly under the shower head and quickly in the sun-wind, then dry them under a newspaper, grind cotton and packaging with gloves.
Next are the leaves that have withered this year, yellow, partially red, unsightly. With these it is more difficult, they are dehydrated, I think to twist and cut right away (I don't have a meat grinder here, but most likely he won't take them to make the granules), then moisten with water and ferment.
Badan leaves with thick veins, so I washed them, beat them off with a rolling pin along all the veins, and the leaves, cut out the veins, then everything into the freezer. Then I plan to twist the leaves, etc., but immediately cut the stems and the vein.
I thought about buying a ceramic knife so as not to oxidize the plants! It will still be needed for apples and for preparing vegetables and fruits for a juicer.

It turns out not that hard
and it seemed to me so .. already thinking where to cut the cherry.
GruSha
We have a lot of cherries, Oksan, and we have an apple tree and a pear. Even grapes and honeysuckle. Oh, interesting - is honeysuckle possible? Flowers seem to be very useful, if not confused, let alone berries

and this is how my leaves look after the oven

🔗

Omela
Beautiful !! And not too big ???

And we don't even have migraines. (from)
GruSha
0.5 cm approximately ... I don't even know

Rada-dms
GruSha, I also cut like this, there is no meat grinder here, maybe this is better, less oxidized than from a metal screw
GruSha
Rada-dms, currants through a meat grinder cannot be Luda writes. Therefore, I cut it like that.
Omela
Quote: GruSha
currants through a meat grinder cannot
Oh, how ... good that I said.

I put it in the oven.
GruSha
Oksan, the aroma became interesting, changed after the oven.
I will turn on the drying for the night, it is interesting to leave it to dry, at 2 speeds if?
Omela
I don’t know .. I’m never an expert. And what temperature will there be at 2 speeds? It seems to me a lot for the whole night.

I plan 1 hour at 100C and 1 hour at 50C, then in a pillowcase and on a rope.

And what leaves are still not allowed in a meat grinder ?? An apple tree, a cherry, can I?
Rada-dms
GruSha, I generally want to do without a meat grinder, if my hands can stand it;) Anything that breaks in my hands cannot be done through a meat grinder.
Omela
Quote: Rada-dms
Everything that breaks in the hands
In what sense does it break down ??
Rada-dms
Honestly, 100 grams is too much! At a hundred almost dry. I am now at 80-90 hours and, in principle, you can dry it under paper in a dry place. But I ferment in Sedona at 35, then in micron on convection for 1 hour at 80-90, then in sedona for three 35-45 hours, the raspberries dried up in an hour. Still, drying is very convenient.
Rada-dms
Omela, there are leaves that break when twisted live, they do not get granules after drying. They seem to have no stickiness like cherries.
Omela
And you can specify for the gifted. I understood the currant with my hands, the apple tree is also interested in the cherry.
Rada-dms
Omela, apple and cherry curl well, strawberries and strawberries are not very good, then it doesn't matter when you cut, it falls apart.
Rada-dms
raspberries after the freezer keep their shape
Omela
No, I need to know which leaves, except for currants, are not allowed in a meat grinder ??

And I wonder if you can also do mint ??
Rada-dms
Omela, they wrote about mint that the aroma is very sharp, which is not worth it. so far the most delicious blackthorn, cherry and blackberry, badan for us !!
Omela
I understood about the mint, thanks!

Lyuda, tell me, pzhl:

Gaby
Omelka go on the first page with a mustache written ..... currants, strawberries, raspberries.
GruSha
More raspberries, if I'm not mistaken
Eva3
Strawberries go well through a meat grinder, currants and raspberries are not allowed. More apricot and peach. Well, in my experience, a peach is not worth doing at all, and an apricot is not yet clear, if it grows, then for a change you can.
Omela
