Linadoc, Linochka, thank you, but wherever I was looking I went and thought, I don't know at all about trees and bushes, or so, I know approximately, it turns out. It’s like it’s not necessary, it’s like it’s okay, but now I’m sitting reading, so many things. .. I'll go to the botanical garden on an excursion with alder, I kind of understood. Now, while I'm tempering everything, I want to try the stewed one. I'll share the leaves, I think that's enough, but I have to go for new ones again, I want to try so many things. And how sticky birch smells! The trees were small, I couldn't collect a lot, I wouldn't collect it myself, I would never have believed that there was such a smell.
About languishing -60 * 8 hours - is this a general algorithm? I want to darken raspberry-pear (wild game) in half in Štebik + 20% alder maybe more? And how much raw material to take, which would work well, but at least I planned for 150-200g. Is 300-400 grams normal or not enough? -I'm tuned in, but there are not enough leaves for everything (for now), but I read everything I want
Ps I'll go again for raspberries and pears. At the same time I will also type alders. ...

Many thanks to everyone for taking part in getting on the path of tea making, I thought, today is hardening, but it does not work out so quickly, after freezing I stir the leaves until dry, and again in frost. and for burdock it is necessary .... while the weather, otherwise the rains will charge or someone will cut off my leaves or eat the greens so tender now. It's so nice to collect it

I tormented it so much, set it for the night. Others were just as tormented, it seemed to work out fine.
Quote: kartinka
darken raspberry-pear (wild game) in half + 20% alder can still?
No more, 20% alder is fine.

Here, this weather ruined my plans too

Linadoc, Linochka, and add water to the multicooker? With the rest I will understandably do.

Aaaaaa !!!!! help mi !!!!!!

We have a large park, one part is cultivated, but ... there are many places - forests in the city. I found a black alder there today. Narwala a packet of leaves. At home I wanted to dump it in a towel, a little sprinkled, and there ..... on some leaves such fine flour, forms such small plaques, they can be seen from the inside too. I will throw these leaves away, and on the others sit (you can shake off, remove with your finger) small scary white animals mm1-2 in length, it seemed to me that some legs are long or these are wings. ... I got scared - I put it back in the bag - what to do ??? Who is it?

These are their plaques on a leaf on one there are many and few

Fermented tea made from leaves of garden and wild plants (master class)
This is a scary little animal. There are either one, two or many on a leaf

Fermented tea made from leaves of garden and wild plants (master class)
And these are leaves of black alder - there is no black point on the leaf, where it should be, on the contrary, a small bulge
Now the question is, if this little animal is some kind of harmfully scary mole-leaved flea beetle-carnivorous carnivore - prepare an alarming suitcase, burn a package, hands in bleach, something they seem to crawl over me - brrrrr or leaves to sort out-wash-wash and fffse?
While the package was put out the door, children at home, a small dog, wooden doorposts, flowers. ... will settle down - eat everything and we will go around the world, homeless, naked, barefoot,: oops1: with a knapsack .... tea ...
It is better not to remove Ps with a tablet, but I described it for sure
sweet_blondy
kartinka, for me it's better not to risk it - throw everything away.

I look at the people in full swing already making teas well done! and I'm waiting for the planting to end in the country)) at the same time the leaves will grow
I admire my vanechka - already under 30 cm a handsome Khanty-Mansi, Moscow, Bashkir - from different places and the sprouts differ from each other. so interesting to watch))

it's good that I see very badly! Some kind of whitefly, I guess. In greenhouses, they are very afraid of her and therefore they are often treated with terrible chemistry. And we buy vegetables, eat and get sorespleasure! And here ... are there any animals? So there is no chemistry! Look!
By the way, girls who harvest willow tea in the wild often complain about snails. But ... the meat grinder seems to twist them once or twice ... And the tea turns out to be excellent ... so rich, so fat
All this, of course, is a joke, but ... I would not wash the leaves. This is very likely to spoil all the raw materials completely. Wither in a sheet, freeze in it, without expanding. I think that all living creatures will no longer come to life after defrosting.

Expert advice!
Radushka,
kartinka
Radushka, girls, threw it out. It was a pity, but as during the collection I did not see so many patients, I will go back to the forest. Although ..... now I'm already looking around carefully, there are so many sick trees! About the fact that the crowns are full of mistletoe (there was no such thing before - I often lifted my head, but I looked at something else. But in the city in general it was a curiosity, now everywhere, and the growths on the leaves and the pineapple is immediately visible - the growths, apparently , some kind of parasites) so I will now look very carefully

It looks like aphids. In general, alder is always full of parasites - it is tasty. And caterpillars of butterflies, and bugs, and aphids, and other evil spirits. Wither, most of it will crumble by itself, they need juiciness, then hardening according to Zakhar, there will be no one left on the leaves, the rest of the parasites will spill out into the bag. Not scary.

Girls! Yesterday we were treated to tea from rhododendron. Delicious and beautiful tea. And here I have not read anything about him. Maybe you missed it? Who knows ? Respond!
Radushka
Irina742, read about rhododendrons. They, it turns out, are so different! BUT ... all are toxic enough. no more than 3-5 leaves per glass of tea. What kind of rhododendron was the tea that was served?
Linadoc

Yesterday we were treated to tea from rhododendron. Delicious and beautiful tea.
I admit it is really tasty, with a fruity-floral shade! And besides, an excellent hallucinogen, at first it excites well, and then soothes to lethargy, blocks the kidneys and causes lethal hypotension. It is possible, but in mixes and no more than 2-3%. So "rhododendron tea" is either a gross exaggeration or a pleasant euthanasia.

Well, everything started so well and beautifully, with cartoons!
Well, that I took black alder again, as it turned out, it was full of it everywhere, put it in to pour in and peeled off the young birch, everything tore in the forest, clean, without sores, today again there is no time, maybe tomorrow it will be 3 defrosts and the rest. The question is, how long to ferment after a meat grinder? I still don't understand this concept - to catch a strong smell. Taking into account the hardening, 3 hours is enough? (Better under-than-pere?)
Birch-alder-apple-pear already have dark leaves, currants and raspberries have darkened slightly, but the smell is good everywhere. And tomorrow I will warm up again after 3 frost. Do you need to keep it on heating before the meat grinder for a long time? I try to make all the leaves darken as much as possible. In Zakhar they are generally black. ... The leaves did not interfere with the mix yet - I mix them before the meat grinder.

I ferment for 1 hour, rarely 1.5 hours. The smell does not intensify, but goes away later. I don’t defrost too much before scrolling. I twist some more frozen ones, they spin better.
Svetik Praaaalno speaks, taught!

Linadoc, Light, girls, so I will heat it for about 1.5 hours for fermentation, then I want to dry it with a frying 150 * first

That's all right! Forward!

Linadoc, Linadoc, ruled, one tea I want stewed alder-raspberry in half, looked at your recipe, 2 questions
1. I want dark tea - what to add to the duet - I don't have geranium
(In the presence of blackberry, black currant, birch, apple, pear, kubniki, a little bit, like I listed everything)
2. Pour some water into the multicooker bowl or just lay down the leaves and put on simmering for 8 hours at 60 *

The apple tree gives color.
Linadoc
kartinka, Marina, birch, apple and pear luggage. They will give color, and add flavor. No water needed, only leaves. Only completely "black tea" will not work. This is a variant of "green tea" according to its technology.

Linadocbliiin, I don’t know what to grab at, I want everything and all right, tomorrow I’ll look for time and I have to go for the oval alder leaves again when the youngest leaves are already eating everything. Of course, the lip is not stupid.
The girls have the following question - not to vomit exactly for tea from brothers-in-law and flowers (I remembered about the rhododendron, although it's tempting ...)
We have an elm, an oak, a horse chestnut - probably not, it is generally for soap, maple, willow (just I don't know which one is weeping, but there are also goats - I haven't googled this yet, red mountain ash, viburnum, poplar, in general, yesterday on the lake I saw so many unfamiliar leaves. ...)

Linadoc, on our site oaks grow - you can not go far but what kind of pussy willow? I only know her when she is wearing cats. This one grows, but without the cats - I don't know there should still be bird cherry - but I don't know it either, I google it - people cook jam and compotes - but somehow I didn't even know about this, only as far as the meat grinder of the berries is skipped - the bone is poisonous ? ??

Goat willow. And take all the cats off her, when you collect the leaves, we don't make tea from cats

Linadoc, so the cats have already passed. .. probably ... I only tear a bunch of these twigs with cats for Easter, or rather on Palm Sunday. And I ditch where I have to - I don't even remember the tree itself. ...

Again about the rhododendron. This is not a myth. Because the leaves and flowers are recognizable, they are not scrolled in a meat grinder, just twisted. Attava rhododendron. Honestly, I did not feel anything (glitches and calms). Tea purchased (not homemade). But I also have them growing and I read about them and there was no desire to make tea. But I don’t know much. I read you all as a textbook, very interesting and informative.

All all all!
I'm in the process. So far, so as not to be distracted 2 tea-
Mix 1: apple-tree 100 pear 150 raspberries 150-black currant 100-blackcurrant 50-strawberry 18-alder 200-birch 100 It turned out about 900g. Now fermented. Scrolled 2 times. Sealed by tapping and crushing a little with a spoon, covered with a wet towel. Wrapped it in a blanket. It's warm at home, not hot, maybe 20 degrees. (Tomorrow I'll buy a thermometer) hold it for an hour, smell it, if it seems rather weak, I'll add another 30 minutes.

So far, there hasn't been a soooo crazy smell for the whole house - maybe I have a slight draft - I can't hear it? Or sniffed in the process
Twisted - the smell was very pleasant - I tried to stir up the leaves in the bag and stir them for scrolling. I am writing in such detail that I would then have a cheat sheet for myself - what and what
I have already prepared a baking sheet and dryer. We are waiting
Yuri K
kartinka, the first mix is good in composition! During drying, do not overcook, stir more often, do not put a thick layer on baking sheets, open the oven a little!
Radushka
kartinka, Marina, I wanted to drink some tea ... Very, very, very tasty composition!
kartinka
Yuri K, Yuri, come to me! Yes, tovarisch commander!
Yuri K
kartinka, OK! He reminded me, because a friend to whom he described the procedure point by point managed to spoil the tea. They started to figure it out - it turned out she had worn him out. I forgot to keep the oven ajar, laid it out in a thick layer, moreover, to dry it and turned it on right away.
kartinka
Radushka,
a little more and it will be possible to treat the fire itself in an interesting way! (Yesterday I was at a friend's - I call and say that for tea a cherry chocolate charlotte (freezing free) - a girlfriend and grandson in chorus - sausages!)

Yuri K, I have a plan like this:
1. Set the oven to 170 *
2. Pour 1cm layer
3. Put the baking sheet in the oven, set the pace to 150
4.open the door
5.Wait 20 minutes
6.Reduce to 60 * dry until crisp
Use your hands all the time
7. Pour into a pillowcase, hang in a draft
Radushka
kartinka, Marina, freshly made tea is not as tasty as one that has been aged for at least a couple of months. Although, in their first tea season, they drank in the heat. There was no other! now ... wait 20 minutes

20 minutes of frying - it seems to me a lot, I don't fry for more than 10 minutes. five minutes - interfered, five more minutes and lowered the temperature to 100. Then I stir every five minutes. And I dry it in the dryer. There is no need to "sherud"
kartinka
I roasted for 15 minutes (neither yours, nor ours) put a part in the dryer, (I did it in 2 batches) I left part in the oven, next time I will take a smaller portion - I have a small desktop oven, now everything seems to be included, but a layer for frying came out a little more, therefore, I fry only half, if with a fry, I have to do half a kilo it will fit perfectly.
Here is the stewed one in line - it will just go into my 2 baking sheets.
The smell is pleasant, I can't understand what, floral, but with foliage (it seems like I'm sitting and smelling now, it seems more floral, but the foliage seems to be weaker ...

The smell can disappear altogether when drying. He then, while tea dangles in a pillowcase, will come back. And when you pour it into the jars, and then ... after a couple of months you open it ... The French perfume is resting!
