koluchchka, a marcato with a motor and a handle, that is, you can ride using the motor for a while, and then just turn the handle and at this time the motor is resting. Markato probably needs to take 180, so that the layer of dough is wider and immediately more dumplings can be stuck. I only have marcato for a few days and the amount of dough I do is small. Just look at 180, then it seems you can't buy attachments if you suddenly decide to use a raviolite.

Yes, this is a good option. While the motor is cooling, turn the handle. I forgot about her. Do not use. The Marcato comes with a motor-handle.

Yes? Well, very good ..

Marcato has a Marcato Atlas 180. You can put the motor there too. Only at the expense of the noodle cutter and other nozzles 180 - I don't remember. There are definitely no others. But I'm not sure with the noodle cutter either.

I found both with a motor and with a noodle cutter Ampia:

I did not find the atlas with both at once.

Now everything is possible separately. There is an atlas and an ampia for 180, there is only a dough roller for 150 and 180. For all of them, you can separately purchase a motor, the difference with the set in the price is not big. Atlas 180 comes with a noodle cutter, it is not possible to buy anything else later. If you buy additional nozzles, then this is only 150.

Girls, help. I sit and choose a rolling noodle cutter. the task is to quickly and efficiently produce a large number of dough sheets for dumplings. really a lot (we want to sell in the store, the turnover is not large, but not 1kg per day))
1) There are machines for making dumplings with a manual drive, the price is from 5 in China on taobao. In Russia, the same somewhere 12 thousand. This machine with a dough sheeter has a capacity of 50 pieces per minute approximately. The noodle cutter is sold separately. And a plastic robot of 14 thousand performance I don't remember exactly how much, but about 200 per minute, the price of 14 thousand is sold on Ali. In a robot, the dough does not need to be rolled out at all; it does it himself. I just put the dough in the special compartment and the minced meat separately and turn the handle. This thread discusses both:
Topic: "Machines for making dumplings, ravioli"

2) Or Marcato Atlas 150 it comes with a noodle cutter plus a raviolnica attachment. The price of all together from 12 thousand. Atlas 150, because only for this width there is a raviolnitsa nozzle.
3) Or a dough roll with a noodle cutter is also Marcato, but wider for modeling on a special mold for dumplings.

Thanks everyone for participating !! At the expense of Chinese robots, my husband said "in Chinese typewriters I am confused by the fact that they are Chinese")))) he is a very meticulous person in such matters, such as service, warranty return, and so on. says that we will still take an atlas 150 with a motor. I will roll out the layer, cut the dumplings with my half-kilogram felling. during this time she will have time to cool down. and then we will look at the turnover. Thanks again to everyone)))

I would also like to draw your attention. I have the Empire Titania. I bought the motor after ...
But!!! The motor mount itself is made of transparent plastic (most likely SAN plastic) and is rather flimsy. He does not fix deadly, it is backlash.
Every time I install it, my heart bleeds.
Can I see another model? There is an inexpensive model, like Italy. There the electric motor is built in.
Here previously they wrote about this dough sheeter.
Try to find, like this year it was.

Here! That is why, having looked at this "elegance" in the photographs, I decided so categorically on the slightly more expensive Atlas. It has just two iron antennae on the motor that fit into two holes on the body and snap into place with a slight twist of the motor. And the axis there somehow enters into engagement with the gears by itself. ))

Good day! I read in the bushes, I learned a lot of useful things, in particular, I bought a mold for ravioli on Ali, but I realized that you can't do without a dough sheeter. After all, high-quality, evenly rolled dough is the key to success. But what am I writing here common truths ...
Tell me what is the difference between Electric noodle cutter TITANIA IMPERIA 675 and Electric noodle cutter IMPERIA 650... The difference was found only by weight and the price of 1000 rubles.
I don’t want to use a hand one, I’m afraid the third hand will not be enough, I understood China so that in no case should I take it.

And I bought Marcato Pasta Fresca. the machine is certainly expensive, but I really like it. not cumbersome. the kneader is easy to clean. very nimble. The dough kneads for 5 minutes and rolls out in seconds. I have three attachments in my kit, but if you wish, you can buy more different ones. Before that, there was PASTA DI CASA PCE-150-1. played with her 5 times and sold. very heavy and the figure of the rolling thickness is not visible.

For 7 years my cheap "Chinese" dough sheeter has worked almost every day. And it was not she herself who broke, but the plastic piece on the fastener to the table cracked and a year later finally fell off.

It is not necessary to completely, completely dismiss the dough rollers cheaper than 2000 r, they work like cute ones.

And then the Temko is not read by "bohoty" hostesses and will twist - or a denyuzhku mine for "Italian" or roll with handles.

In Galamart, dough sheeters are not at all expensive 800-1200 r, cheaper if promotional.

I have the first HP "Elenberg" from Eldorado for 1 tr. plowed for 12 years until the belt frayed. I would have bought a Chinese dough roll for a long time and maybe rolled the dough happily, or maybe I would have thrown it out. But, she shared with her husband, and he rested, only take the Italian. Now I'm thinking ...
Svetlana201
kapnat, and you do not think (just kidding) just take it with the motor and rejoice. I rolled 1 kg on Saturday. dough with its help (markato 150 with a motor) and dumplings and pasties and noodles. And I want to roll it out more and more with its help, only unfortunately everyone has already eaten everything and does not want to, well the guests came, I fed them and gave noodles with me

I bought a Markato 150 with a motor, the skeleton turned out to be a little skewed, worked 2 times and jammed. I sent it back in a couple of days and changed it to a new one. Well, to make sure that everything works, I mixed the dough with 1 kg of flour + 10 eggs, everything is ok, it rolls out well and I also bought a ravioli attachment that is larger, but I didn't guess with the minced meat, I made one run, there were many empty ones, it does not capture minced meat. Then I switched to Teskomovskaya palette for 10 raviolin, everything is ok, only there are a lot of scraps, put it in a bag and then sprinkled it from a pulivezer and put it in a bag, everything rolled out well, made noodles from the leftovers.
On the ravioli nozzle, I made a conclusion for myself - it is necessary to adapt to the thickness of the minced meat so that it is not very liquid and not completely dry. In short, everything turned out to be not so simple as they show in the video. Although I made small cubes with stewed pumpkin, everything worked out, pretty raviolinki, it strains a little more sweat to cut them. It is necessary to pass from above with a cutter. Girls who have a raviolnica attachment, how do you do it, and then what does it do with the separating strips?
Svetlana201
Ava11, congratulations on your purchase. It's good that everything was changed, but you didn't check the typewriter upon receipt? The girls told about the attachment how to do it right so that everything works out. Now I'll try to look for where to talk about it.

Girls thanks for the tips !!!
Svetlana201, I came home a box on the table. The husband accepted the package. So, then he noticed, he says, look, she's kind of oblique, I was certainly upset, the first time was still normal, and the second time the gears got jammed inside, I didn't wait long to send it back. Before that, I had no motor (although it is still in the box, it only takes up space), but the friendship somehow did not work out, I quickly roll it out with a rolling pin.
And I like it very straight with a motor, you have to adjust and calculate the time and portions. I made 3 bags in the freeze, now I do not use the supplies for a break, although my hands are still itching to roll.

Ava11, I agree completely, all the time I want to roll something out and roll it out

In my raviolnitsa I untwisted the sidewalls and tapped the holes in the inside and the shafts began to fit more tightly to each other, and now they cut through the dough well.
The method for freezing the Roavioli beds from Lionas was on the first page, but I can't find it. the convenience lies in the fact that ice creams are easier to break. But I found everything (leafed through it manually) at 298 pages.

girls boys, I have two questions:
they gave me the noodle cutter as unnecessary, and since it is not known where it was hanging out, I boiled it with soda (then I read that it was impossible). What could I spoil in her?
and the second question: it has a different gap between the shafts at the smallest thickness - can this be fixed?
Svetlana201
senia, different clearance on the noodle cutter or dough sheeter? If there is a dough roll, then you probably won't need the smallest thickness, I rolled it out at 9 just for example to my friend, and I used 5 or 6 for dumplings, dumplings and noodles.

maybe now you just need to dry it thoroughly (blow it with a hairdryer) so that there is no water left
senia
on a dough rolling machine, it will dry up, I will try to photograph more accurately, there is a very different gap - on the one hand about 1 mm, and on the other about 3

I think it can rust, therefore, quickly warm up, for example, on a battery so that the water from it evaporates. Or completely unwind and wipe. Rust appears quickly.

nothing will go bad there. I periodically arrange a bath for my madam - then either on the breeze or on the battery, a couple of days and back to work.
Or a hairdryer, yeah.
The aggregate does not rust.

And if it could rust, then it would have rusted without washing - the dough is wet.

Girls who have a Gemlux GL-PMZ-180 Dough Roller, I want to buy, but I can't find any reviews.
kapnat
Good day! I bought my dream Imperia Electric 650. Cool! The only gripe is the not very convenient handle for changing the thickness of the rolling, as it could have been more intelligent, but by the end of rolling I got used to turning it. In general, I concluded for myself that it was possible to take it without a motor. It turned out that I didn’t quite have hook hands and I was quite adept at handling strips of dough, with the exception of the thinnest layer, yes, a third hand is needed. Although if you do not shove large pieces, as my aunt does in the Atlas commercial, then you can also handle a short strip. Moreover, the motor is noisy, but again there is a side effect of the fan, which pleases in a hot kitchen.
The dough was made according to the Admin recipe on eggs. She rolled it out for dumplings on the penultimate thickness, I have it "2". The dumplings withstood both freezing and cooking. 2-3 pieces were unstuck, where they got on the meat. By the way, I made them cutting down with Ali.I cut the layer in half, then spread heaps of meat with a spoon on these halves, folded it in half and cut it down quickly "tyts-tyts-tyts". But when tasting the dough, it seemed to me harsh for dumplings, so I made noodles from the remaining piece of dough. By the morning it was dry, was tested in chicken broth, and the rest was moved to storage in a tall plastic container from Ikea. The noodles are great! Since the minced meat still remained, I decided to make the dough according to the recipe from the bread machine, it turned out to be much softer than the previous one. I was stupid that I rolled it to "2" too, but I probably should have stopped at "3", because after boiling the dough was so tender that it was practically not felt, but it was much more difficult to work with it than with Romin's dough. Conclusion: I will try another dough, and if I am again told to make dumplings early in the morning, I will, of course, turn it with a handle, it is completely silent, and I will use the motor for noodles, with it this operation is more convenient.

Girls who have a 26 cm dough roller, which should you buy a manual one or with a motor? Is it realistic to roll such a wide layer with one hand?
With a motor, it's too dear to me, I can't. And if you can't cope without a motor, then it's probably easier with a rolling pin?
