Ingredients

Wheat flour 3 glasses
Milk 4 tablespoons
Granulated sugar 1 glass
Slaked soda vinegar 1 hour spoon incomplete
Honey 4 tablespoons
Eggs 2 pcs
For cream flour 3 tablespoons
Milk 3 glasses
Butter 200 g
Granulated sugar 1 glass
For cocoa glaze 2 tablespoons
Granulated sugar 3/4 cup
Milk 4 tablespoons
Butter 100 g

Cooking method

  • Glass 250 ml
  • Cakes.
  • Eggs, honey, sugar, milk, soda, slaked in 1 tablespoon of vinegar - mix everything with 2 cups of flour and cook over low heat, stirring all the time for 5-10 minutes. Pour 1 glass of flour on the board. Spread out the mixture and knead the dough. Divide into 5 parts. Roll out thinly. Bake each cake for 5-8 minutes (depending on the oven) at 180 degrees.
  • Cream.
  • Mix flour and milk until smooth. Cook until thick. Remove from heat, cool until warm, add butter, previously ground with granulated sugar. Shoot down the whole mass. Grease 4 cakes with chilled cream.
  • Glaze.
  • Cook all ingredients until shiny, stirring occasionally. Fill the cake with warm icing.
  • 6 hours the cake is soaked at room temperature, then in the refrigerator and - eat!

This is my grandmother's recipe. She somehow was on a visit and recorded it. Why bird's milk - I don't know. I searched the Internet - there is a similar recipe for Armenian bird milk. Cake from my childhood. His grandmother cooked for the New Year. I baked the cakes in advance, then collected the cake. Then it seemed to me nothing tastier.))
