I bought Panas-181 the day before yesterday ... I'm happy - horror. Upon arrival, I cooked a soup, I will not say that it squeaked with delight, it was delicious, convenient (I set it up and went for a walk as a child, and the cartoon for 4 hours in heating mode .. with the stove it would not "break") ... Yesterday, according to the recipe, I made curd pudding according to recipe from the book - here really WOOAU ... Today there will be another one, but now we double the portion ...

Hello, happy owners of multi! I am very happy for you and soon I believe that I will be happy for myself, but for now I am looking for
Tell me who has Brand 37502 - is it good? I like about her that she has a ceramic cup.
and a couple more questions - how do you think the multi has a lot of electricity or is it less tiles? Is it true that soups are as tasty as on the stove?
Thank you all for earlier!

The more energy the CF consumes, the faster it cooks. The range of consumed energy is great .. from 550 to 1200 watts (this is what I know, and maybe even much wider).
Elena Bo
Brand 37502. The bowl is really with a ceramic coating (not a batter, but like a frying pans). All multicooker consume much less energy than the stove. They work on the principle of maintaining a given temperature, so they do not heat constantly.
You cannot prepare such aromatic soups as in a multicooker. Even without any spice flavor. And what kind of stew is obtained, and completely without water.

on Saturday kupa MV .. I report on the prepared:
Saturday - bean soup with smoked meats - rating 4+
Sunday - casserole / pudding from the attached recipes - rating 5 +++++

compared to the stove:
The multicooker consumes significantly less due to the fact that the heating element is built into the body, which in turn is a "thermos", ie there is no heat loss either below or along the sides of the pan, the saucepan does not heat the air.

In addition, there are programs in the saucepans, which also helps to save energy. Ie.there is no unnecessary heating duration, which happens when we simply do not have time to keep track of the time (and with a two-hour, for example, extinguishing, an extra 15 minutes is more than 10%).

Rina thank you very much for the information! Very helpful!

* Anyuta * please tell me, do you have a Panasonic 181? if so, what cup is in it? not ceramic by chance? And maybe you know what are the differences between Panasonic 18 and 181?

Thank you!

Panas do not have ceramic bowls. Differences (from the site of Eldorado) in the manufacturer's camp .. And as they wrote on the site, in some kind of improved coating of the bowls. I didn’t see 18 here, there were 10 and 181 .. so I could not compare "in natural"

Hello! I have my first day with CF, but in September I have to buy another one, I choose. And here I read that there are varieties of ceramic coatings: hot cat and "like pans." What is a terrocat? He's worse, isn't he? What is it in?
Elena Bo
All ceramic coatings are like those of pans (they are smooth), if someone does not know what it is. A terrokot is clay pottery. Multicooker bowls are not made from it.

Good day everyone! Today I became the owner of the VES electric SK-A 14. Multicooker. Can you please tell me how to prepare it for cooking, just rinse it? or how to cook with citric acid?

Boil water with lemon to kill odors. But if the gum does not stink, then you can just wash it, and that's it, the cartoon is ready for use.

With acid it may not be worth it, but with lemon juice - try it ... Or you can just wipe off all the factory dust with a damp sponge!

An acquaintance of mine got one. Very happy. When you start cooking from a recipe book, do not hesitate, post it here. I really liked this book when I was leafing through it.

I washed my bowl, and then boiled water with lemon on the "Steam cooking" mode for 20 minutes. Everything is fine

Here's what I can definitely boast of - Visonte 601 does not smell AT ALL. I just washed the saucepan, then wiped it with a damp one that cannot be washed. I wonder why others do it so that they smell? After all, the same China, they say, they are made at almost the same plant.

I bake the first yeast cake recipe from the forum. After the first hour, it was clearly too early to turn over, it became possible after another 45 minutes. The recipe for Panasonic, the baking time is 65min. + a little more after turning over. Probably my CF is not in order, or maybe our voltage is less. For the first days I cooked: 2 times meat stew with sweet pepper, lazy cabbage rolls and one pie that did not work out. The meat and cabbage rolls are really much tastier than without CF, but in time I got much more than in the recipes.
| Alexandra |
I forgot - even chanterelles in sour cream, it turned out amazingly and most importantly - without any preliminary frying (I do not tolerate fried well).

but in time I got much more than in the recipes.
it may not be your fault, but it depends on the voltage in the network or, for example, you have several household appliances turned on at the same time (MV and kettle, MV and washer ... etc.)- in this case, the MV will also not have enough power and the cooking time may increase ... Well, something like this ...
Avrila
Girls, I'm reporting! In my Vesochka I have, of course, cooked the first pilaf (on the "pilaf" mode for 45 minutes), then fried potatoes (on the "baking" mode for 20-25 minutes), cooked vegetables for the "Herring under a fur coat" for a couple of 30 minutes, and raw I rubbed them and laid out 3 slides, and baked a manna according to a recipe from a booklet (on the "baking" mode for 50 minutes), although the bottom was slightly burnt, but the top was not baked. Well, I think all the same it is necessary to turn it over in 35-40 minutes. Although it turned out to be delicious anyway !!
If anyone has any cooking tricks, let's share!
Success to everyone!

Yesterday I again tried to make porridge in MV ... and AGAIN she didn’t go to me ... I WILL NOT be bullshit about the cartoons !!!!! Oatmeal - ONLY ON THE PLATE (for 8 minutes TOTAL) than in the MV for 1.5 (!) Hours !!!!
* Anyuta *
Who will explain to me how to measure the oil in this recipe ?? Since when has it been measured in pieces ???

Anyuta, maybe this meant a pack of butter (180-200g), although probably not, maybe 25 grams?
And about oatmeal ... if you cook Hercules (oatmeal), then it is really easier to cook them on the stove, and with whole grains of oats, in my opinion, they made porridge in a slow cooker, but whole grains are not for everybody
Grypana
And most often, semolina and rolled oats are even cooked on the stove or with an open lid, multi and quick. And in 1.5 hours, oatmeal, I can't even imagine what will come of it?

Have you tried corn? Very tasty, and the oatmeal is generally superb (only if cooked correctly), after which the oatmeal is like a dummy.

For example, it was only with the advent of the multicooker that I began to cook barley. And this is now my love! And what boiled Artek, yellow wheat. And if you also cook porridge with pumpkin, and rice with apples - mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm mmmmmmmmmm

Grypana - And this is now my love!

so we, too, with the advent of multi, began to use barley
of course, before that they did it on the stove and in the oven, but somehow it turned out wrong
and now right

I also appreciated barley only after the appearance of CF.But I like dairy swimmers more than barley ones, and pearl barley swimmers - don't get up to die!

shade , so after all, he will make a stew of a cartoon better than a can! I often cook stew now. Progress ... nothing can be done ... But nice, tasty and not troublesome!
azaza
To be honest, barley was a great discovery for me! After all, I used to skew at this word. But it turned out to be surprisingly tasty cereal! The negative attitude towards her, I think, has roots in childhood and the army: in the camps they were fed with rubber, and in the army - with shrapnel. The cooks simply saved time on its preparation.

and ghee how good it is
and then pour buckwheat porridge for them
multicooker is definitely the right thing

Here is my dream to find a tiny cartoon (travel option). Panas-10 would suit, but the price does not suit. Well, when will inventors think about this problem? Waiting .....

and on Saturday in Auchan I saw a little scarlet .. The price is about 2 thousand RE .... But this, of course, is an option for Russia ... you have different prices .. and its size ... about the same as bowls used to be , remember in childhood, to warm up borschichek for a family on fire? something like this ...

it really seemed to me LITTLE .. like 1/3 of Panas 18/181 ..... In it, only if you fry the cutlets, but cook porridge for "once" ..

Tanyush-azazochka, but there are reviews about Mystery, but not multi, but other equipment - people do not like the company, equipment often fails. Well, right now, I'll go and take a look, it's there for this Mystery fish.
