It took me a long time to decide which multicooker to choose, Redmond Rmc 250. To be honest, I don’t regret it, it works properly, it’s delicious to cook, there are many functions, especially the master chef was pleased with the function that can be changed in the settings right during the cooking process. The bowl is comfortable, nothing burns in it, it doesn't stink of plastic. If anyone is interested, I'll leave the recipe, I recently cooked it very tasty.
Chicken in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
Chicken - 1 piece
Lemon - 1.5 pieces
Garlic - 8 cloves
Olive oil - 2 tablespoons l
Salt, pepper, thyme to taste
Cooking method
Coat the chicken with a mixture of olive oil for frying with the juice of half a lemon. Let stand in the cold for 1-3 hours.
Chop 4 cloves of garlic, mix with salt, pepper, thyme, ground lemon zest. We rub the skin and belly of the chicken.
Cut the remaining garlic into longitudinal slices and stuff the chicken meat with them: cut the grooves with a knife, insert the garlic cloves.
Cut the remaining lemon into longitudinal slices so that the lemon remains intact, and the juice flows out when baked. We put chickens in the belly. We fold the legs, tie.
Put the bird in a saucepan with its legs upside down. We close the lid. We bake in baking mode for 1 hour.
Open the lid, turn the carcass over. We set a timer for 30 minutes.
We check the readiness by piercing the meat with a knife - the juice should be transparent and colorless. If raw, add cooking time.
The chicken in the slow cooker is ready. Let the bird stand under the lid for 10-15 minutes, the juice remained in the meat, and did not flow out when cutting into portions. Serve on the table.

Manna, I am to you)) for advice. Now there are a hundred multicooker in stores. On the feedback forums, user advice is exactly the opposite.

What do you recommend to buy in a family for 4 people + guests. I lean towards the ceramic bowl + multi-cook (as far as I understand, the function is necessary). It is supposed to cook in it every day. You need to make yogurt. Any price. And, unfortunately, I don't know anything about pressure cookers. Do I need this function in MV?

Thanks in advance to everyone who writes what they especially like about their multicooker ...

Vick, Manna isn't somewhere. I'll tell you my opinion. I don't like ceramic bowls. It is better to choose with a good Teflon coating (such a heavy one :))). Displacement, of course, 5 liters. Less is needed as additional. Now I can't imagine myself without a pressure cooker. And 80% of the load falls on the pressure cooker. After her, the pace of CF is no longer encouraging. Of the models, of course Shteba. I love her, I love her, I love her. I also like the following models: OURSSON MP5015PSD, MOULINEX CE 503132 and PHILIPS HD2178.

Why is this particular model advertised so persistently ??? For me, such persistent advertising is already causing the opposite effect. And most importantly, all posts are like a carbon copy. As soon as the Redmond multicooker appears in someone's life (the full name of the model with an alphanumeric code follows), he (she) becomes a super-food cook. That's exactly REDMOND, no other cartoon is capable of this. I wonder how many housewives know the full names of their kitchen helpers?

Larssevsk, sorry, but spammers got it! It is immediately clear that they did not hold the multicooker in their hands, the posts are artificial, memorized

I have been with CF for 2 months now, I am just delighted, I certainly have a very expensive model, but it has everything, both a pressure cooker and a slow cooker, and it fries perfectly because it is induction, and makes cottage cheese, and heats milk without any problems, and most importantly, now I do not go to the stove at all, but sitting on the sofa near the computer I cook for my pleasure.
And most of the dishes certainly turn out better than on the stove.
Girls, tell me, pliz! What model are we talking about? I would be dear, but 3 in one and high quality

Question about Redmond 150. The "Baking" mode is at what temperature, maybe, who knows?
I put a bowl with a cupcake in the MV, set Baking to 1:10, pressed Start, and after a minute or two, the MV turned off and went to the program selection menu itself. I repeated the process, MV shut down again in the same way. What with her? Set Multipovar 135 degrees. 30 minutes. MV worked. The cupcake was not baked at all, remained wet, damp on the sides and top, and the bottom was badly burnt into a dense crust. I don’t understand anything, maybe someone will tell me something ...

Why such skepticism? Well, I bought an unadvertised Elby bread maker a few years ago and it is not so much she bakes bread as her husband repairs it, and spare parts cannot be found, the Teflon is all scratched. And if there were at that time advertising on this model, then there would be no pig in a poke. All the same, advertising has an undeniable advantage, you can study the proposed product in sufficient detail and read reviews, both positive and negative. I've also looked after REDMONT, but it won't make you feel sick! )) Of course, I'm unlikely to become a super-super-chef with her, but that she will save me a lot of time and space in the kitchen - a weighty fact! I spent a little time studying the bowl coatings that the company uses - I am satisfied with the answer - it is easy to find it on the internet, I was pleasantly surprised by the warranty period - 25 months, innovative functions, such as "multi-cook" or "multishef" are also not halam balam, but very convenient. How do you control cooking from your phone? Such a model already exists, you can see it on their website. Recipe programs for your model in the phone are also convenient, you must agree! There is even a cord with a switch, how not to praise such developers? Well, if there are similar innovations and convenience in other cartoons, that's good, write about them, we will all be interested! ))

About Wi-Fi - as if we have access to the grid and phones everywhere with access to the Internet, and where is the guarantee that you sent a signal and it reached.

I understand, but all the same, I also shared my experience about the "features" of old devices, so how many people - so many opinions)) Yes, it can work well with a Chinese name for a long time, but it's hard to puzzle what is written on the display and look for pain less normal translation I am also familiar, at one time daddy brought home appliances from Korea, we learned to use it at random. So, it still works to this day, but we have not mastered even half of the programs, because Koreans are so Korean not a drop in Russian!)) Oh, don't tell me about wi-fay, today it is in almost every house where there is more than one mobile device)) and then, where will the signal go, not to the remote control from the TV camera? )) The convenience of Wi-Fi will be appreciated by freelancers, mothers with small children and with no longer small ones like me. Because the range of action of wi-fi is a control zone and a cartoon: I went out into the yard with a child, and you steamed, cooked, fried there, you periodically observe the degree of cooking from your phone, change the mode, if necessary, etc. to run home no need to twitch what will burn - no need, milk will not run away. So, the charm of some technologies is difficult to dispute, no matter how you criticize)) But that new equipment breaks down quickly, well, in principle, it tends to break down, from someone right away, from someone not right away. And if right away, it's not bad if there is such a guarantee as in Redmond - 25 months. So the irony is good to the point!))
Mams
Lyubov Viktorovna, but I'm not kidding ... I really can't understand why the multicooker needs wi-fi control? How do you know if it is already on or not yet? The only reason why telephone control can be useful is downloading new programs to the device. But even this problem is solved by a banal multi-cook and, possibly, by increasing the memory of the device. IMHO, wi-fi in this case is a marketing gimmick that increases the cost of the device. And adding nothing really new. A year ago, Panasonic announced a multicooker controlled by a smartphone. But she did not go to our market, I think, and did not really jump into her Japanese ... So Redmond in this case is never a leader. They licked the idea, however, as usual.

You'd better tell me how to cook well in your appliance. And so far, three messages are just empty words .. And twice about 25 months of a guarantee ... I am glad, of course. But the question is, what will happen to your multicooker if it suddenly requires service in 26 months? God forbid, as they say
Manna
Quote: Lyubov Viktorovna

Yes, at least 45. This does not save users from the presence of marriage. And if a marriage happened (and this manufacturer has a lot of it), then in any case you will wait for your multicooker for a month or more from the service and you will get a "slightly broken" - this is how our service centers work, especially in the regions. And it's not a fact that the breakdown won't happen again.

Anyway. The question is different: this topic is about mastering a new multicooker for the user in the first days of its development. Do you have a slow cooker with Wi-Fi? I guess not. Then you have chosen the wrong topic to discuss which Redmond is an innovator. Moreover, such conversations here have already set the teeth on edge and cause misunderstanding at best. I would like to discuss a multicooker with wi-fi, go to the profile topic - HERE, and if suddenly interested in bluetooth, then HERE... with WI-FI there is a multicooker and Polaris - HERE.
Lyubov Viktorovna
Mams, No, but I really can't understand, if the family has wi-fi, if they don't have to spend it on purpose, why not a model with wi-fi? And the children will be curious to take part in the cooking, it's better than they are sitting up to their ears in games. Mine, for example, simply burn any porridge, because they forget. I have not written anywhere that I have this model, while in the process, I look closely, read reviews, of course, wi-fay will not suit me personally, I chose the budget option, it was left to buy it) And what about something that will break after the warranty term, well, duck usually happens in life - how the guarantee ends, everything starts to break)) which company's equipment is insured against this? You just wrote, they say, sophisticated equipment breaks down at once, well, this is not an argument either, everything is very individual) I agree that there are other companies that are not bad and this is good, some have two multi-different firms, it is good that there is something to compare with, worse, when there is no information at all))

The remote control made a resonance directly) For each product there is a customer, one thing seems useless to one, but the other cannot live without it. The world is all. Girlfriend boasted, she took Redmond with a rising tenom, I won't say which one of the latter. We live 2500 km from each other, I could see it only in the photo. Outwardly, for me, she is pretty, she says she likes it, she cooked in a bowl and in a frying pan, it is unusual for her, but she likes it) How to take a photo here, who will tell you? live show how she looks

Since the New Year I have been cooking on the Redmond 250 multicooker. It's scary when the multicooker is smarter than you. Very cool Masterchef function! She remembers my recipes and the time with the cooking temperature can be changed even during the cooking process. I like the display Pts, green before cooking, and red during cooking) Stylish thing! Aaa My M800S Redmond has arrived. Such excitement around it, we admire with our own eyes! I want to try everything as soon as possible! Immediately appreciated the cover of the bowl, already lying in the bathroom flipping through the application in the smartphone, there are many recipes, everything is clearly written and interesting! Remote control takes from all rooms)) The first course was decided to try meat with vegetables, I usually don't cook meat, my husband cooks, and whoever writes that it is impossible to distinguish from a frying pan, in my opinion, not quite so. In the cartoon, the meat is very steamed, soft, it turned out to be drier in a pan, for our child it is enough to mash with a fork, and not cut or beat with a blender. I did not cook from recipes, in my own way, thanks to the multi-cook, I changed the cooking process, everything is successful and tasty!)))

You just need to understand what you mean by these words, in Redmond, for example, the master chef allows you to change the temperature and time on any program, and then write the recipe into memory, and the multi-cook only sets these parameters before cooking.

No matter what forum you go to, Redmond is advertised everywhere. I have Panasonic-18 and Cuckoo 1054, I'm happy with both. Panasonic has long since changed the bowl, but I'm happy with the multicooker and I'm not in a hurry to retire. At first I was wildly delighted with Kukushka, now I got used to it and just very happy. Each of them has its own functions, in a pressure cooker everything related to meat, broth ... In Panasonic, frying (because it browns, but does not burn), milk porridge, steaming and what does not like high pressure. Generally very happy with them. But there are not enough of them, I want one more, most likely a pressure cooker, a multicooker and it is desirable to set T * and the time myself, it is ripe for independent work. With some experience, I would have taken a Cuckoo, but the toad strangles. What can you advise worthy, but cheaper. It is advisable if you have experience using Cuckoos and have tried other multicooker pressure cookers. I read a lot of information on various forums, but I could not decide, many praise their cartoon, having no experience with others or outright advertising. I hope, with general help, I will find myself another assistant. And for those who still think whether he needs a slow cooker, take it, do not hesitate. Once upon a time, I was also surprised at those who have several multicooker, now I have no questions, it is very convenient to have several of them. I am waiting for help in choosing.

And today I tried my first slow cooker. My mother-in-law gave it to me. When my husband said that she was going to give us a multicooker for housewarming, at first I was against it. Why do I need a multicooker if I can cook on the stove? But when I read this forum, I decided to try it all the same. Today I cooked buckwheat porridge with minced meat. And it is DIVINE !!!!! Indeed, on the stove this will never work. In the morning, I put rice milk porridge with pumpkin on a respite. Tomorrow I'll see how it works out. Girls, tell me, please, do you warm up food in the cartoon? I have a Certek 1486, there is no warm-up function. I don't know if it's worth the risk at all, maybe it's better to warm up on the stove the old fashioned way

And I also have a question. On my multicooker, the programmed functions take a very long time. Porridge regimen 1 hour. Milk porridge 40 minutes. True, they turn out to be very tasty. But it has the functions of Fast cooking and Manual temperature and time control. Does anyone have any experience whether it is worth reducing the time, or is it still worth using standard programs?
nata_zvezda
The lid can be opened. With the lid open, I fry, for example, onions. I make jam, I make seaming, I cook pasta, dumplings.
But on manual control and warm up. Of course, longer than on the stove, but it will not burn.
Reducing or increasing time will tell you only experience. Try while cooking by opening the lid. The chicken can be ready in 20 minutes, and the beef can be stewed for 1.5 hours.
After the signal, the milk porridge is also darkened on heating, it will be tastier.
I also have a quick preparation, but in 2 years I have never tried it. Open the lid, if it's ready to taste, turn it off, or switch to heating, or increase the time, change the temperature (but this is only in my HOLT)
