Well done girls! Of course, it is better to scroll in a meat grinder. Now I start up some of the granules for tea, and from the other part I make jam. And before with a blender I grinded, but it was hard to twist and wash. And it was poorly crushed. And it's easier through a meat grinder, first through a large grate, and then through a fine one. Strong granules are obtained conveniently.

I read your reviews - and I want such a bump! Once upon a time, my grandmother did something like this to us, but it was a tincture of cones on honey, that's why we called him a cone))), and here with a rosehip. We must quickly run into the forest while there are bumps and shoots, have not yet had time to grow. Thanks for the valuable recipe and your comments !!!
Linadoc
Olga, do not hesitate! Tasty, simple and healthy
Mila1
Girls. I'm running to you again with questions I tortured you already, probably
Now I have drained the infusion of needles and rose hips. I poured 2 liters of boiling water, but 2.5 liters were squeezed out. Could this be? No sugar added yet
And the second question. Throw away the pressed cake? We are not building on anything anymore? It's just that I'm so used to the bright minds on our forum, all the time they will come up with something useful. I think I'll throw it out now, and then I'll bang my head against the wall

And also tell me, please, how much agar to add to this amount of liquid? Considering that he is not very young from me. I bought it for a long time. And how much sugar? For some reason, more liquids turned out In general, my head is spinning
Linadoc
Ludmila, calmness, only calmness. The juice was in the pine, this is normal after the rain. The grounds can be thrown out, you can pour vodka, you can pour boiling water again and boil for 30-40 minutes to increase the concentration. Use for rinsing, in the bath, as a cosmetic, tea additive. Can be dried, chopped, added to tea.
Agar is more difficult, usually add 1 tsp. per glass, in 2.5 liters 10 glasses, which means 10 tsp. Sugar to taste, but for a given amount of liquid, at least 1.5 kg. Don't forget lemon and citric acid. Good luck.
Mila1
Linadoc, Linochka, thank you very much !!! If only I was still doing this, then nothing. But then after all. however, like everything else here, there is a saucepan with pine cones, covered with sugar, rolled tea shoots. I want to attach this cake (it's a pity to throw away valuable raw materials), I am engaged in fermented baked milk, because you also need to cook dinner
Probably I will dry the cake and make it into tea And the benefit will be from such a cake, after all, after the bath

It will be, not the same as from raw, but it will be.

Question to Linadoc
And you can not extract the crushed shoots? If done without rose hips.
Linadoc
What does "not retrieve" mean? Leave it in the jam? If finely crushed, then probably you can. I do not leave, but I think the chopped ones will work fine.
Lind @
Yes, leave in jam. I think it should be delicious.
Linadoc
Olga, try it, maybe nothing will work out
Lind @
That's just in the plans for this weekend. Collect and cook. I'll take a chance.
Natusichka
Olgaand I'm waiting for the result!

And I ran the pressed cake through a meat grinder so that it was granules and dried. I will add to tea. It was a pity to throw something out
Linadoc
Ludmila, here is a clever girl! But I was worried. To your health and bon appetit!
Well, how much did you put in?
Mila1

LinadocThank you very much for a delicious, healing and original delicacy
Last night I read the recipe, caught fire, today I went to the forest, and now the sample was taken
We were satisfied with the result !!!!! I will repeat.
Elena_Kamch
Linadoc, Lina, and where did I go all this time ... and have not seen such a delicious ...
Question: can you just cut the needles from the branches? Our buds have barely begun to hatch, it is far from the candles, but we want to try
And how much is jaundice obligatory? Here you will not find him in the afternoon with fire. I tried to find it in the fall when I cooked your plum on port wine ... Nope ..
marina-mm
Lena, do you have agar?
Quote: Omela
I brewed the second batch for the complete recipe (spruce, pine, juniper). Water 1.5l, agar 2h. l. with a slide, citric acid 0.5 tsp. l. Boiled for 5 minutes with sugar, cooled, squeezed out, added pre-soaked agar and lemon, boiled for another 5 minutes.
Elena_Kamch
Marina, Thank you! I am just studying all the pages yet ... No, too ... I think so far
Linadoc
lydia, I am glad that I noticed in time and quickly got my bearings! Good luck with the repetition!
Elena, you can have candles, you can have green young cones, you can cut the needles (only this is dreary), but you have to do it, then we save ourselves all year and it’s delicious. I think it is more realistic to buy agar-agar from you. Just replace the gelix with pectin. At worst, you can cook something like jelly (with starch), only then you need more sugar.
Elena_Kamch
Isn't it right without a thickener?
Linadoc
Without a thickener, you just get a syrup.
Olga_S
Today I made THIS creation !!! True, it is syrup. But it's beautiful and delicious. In the photo my creations)))

Coniferous Rosehip Jam

I collected shoots of pines, then cut them just with a knife (I didn't risk it in a meat grinder, then you can't wash it), then I added ground rose hips and then according to the recipe, but without zhelfix, I decided to make the syrup.
Linadoc
Olga, beauty came out! Clever girl

Thank you !!! I tried))) The smell of syrup in the kitchen is still hovering, in the morning) Great !!!
Linadoc
Smell is also an important component - it calms the nervous system and disinfects the air Yes, it's just nice
Piano
And I ... And we ... And I did not have a rose hip, but I had frozen rose petals, 700 grams. So I have with variations: coniferous pink, and with gelatin. The taste is neither a rose nor a Christmas tree, a very aromatic melange.
Linadoc
And now my report on coniferous jam without rose hips, but with coniferous thickets. I really liked it .
So so. I made coniferous tea from pine candles, but since they are rather dry, I added some larch candles, young cypress legs and a little thuja. I ran everything through a meat grinder twice - through a grate with wide holes, and then through a finer grate. The granules are excellent. So I decided to use some of the jam with pulp. I poured 4 mstk granules with 2 liters of boiling water (then it turned out that it was too much, 1.5 liters was enough) and left to infuse. After 6 hours, I added a lemon minced through a meat grinder, 1/2 tsp. citric acid, 1 kg of sugar and 2 packs of Zhelix 2: 1, stirred, brought to a boil, boiled for 5 minutes and poured into sterilized jars along with the pulp. It turned out great, fragrant, tasty and quite thick (nevertheless, next time I will make 1.5 liters):

Linadoc, Linochka, very beautiful !!! And does this needles taste like? Have you tried it? What did you like more? Is it coniferous-rosehip, without pulp?
Linadoc
Ludmila, it is with pulp. It tastes very much even nothing, it is not felt that these are needles. Fragrant.

Linadoc
Linochka! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for such a delicious treat!
My husband caught a cold, and I find your recipe as ordered ... Well, in the morning I ran into the forest, I cut off the shoots, my husband collected cones (for jam), the result is almost three liters of delicacies and everyone is healthy and happy !!!
Very tasty, very simple, very fast and interesting! Thank you!
I twisted some of the shoots and dried them as an additive to tea (according to the Lyudochka method) - this is also a discovery for me, the taste of lemon (or rose hips), the smell of delicate coniferous, very cool!

Linadoc
Natasha, I am glad that everything is on time. Cook, enjoy and heal Your health and bon appetit!

Linaaaa !!!! Cool ! Well, you are an entertainer! How I love your jam! And this, with the thicket, I would love more, I'm sure ... Next year I will definitely ask you to take me to the mountains ...

You just need to think about how to get through the ecological posts ...

Maybe someone this year picks up the needles and brings you? You need!
Lind @
Question. And why add citric acid and lemon to this jam?
Linadoc
Olga, so that it is not cloying.
Lind @
Thank you
MariV
I picked up pine and spruce shoots in the forest today. And here's the flour of choice - jam or tea? Jam - yes, delicious, but vitamins when cooking - bye! Probably tea! .... or jam?
Linadoc
Olga, look at the bottom of the previous page. I made tea and jam in half so as not to suffer
MariV
Already put it to dry. ... it's late. .....
Linadoc
Olga, the needles do not dry out, they immediately scroll it, and then you can already decide what to do with it. Look
MariV
Lina, thank you, I put it down, as it were, to dry up because today there is no more strength for anything ... Tomorrow I will scroll ...

Linochka, that's who I would ask for seagulls !!!! I would not regret all the reserves of bacon for a cup of jam!
By the way, I have been thinking about him for a whole year ... This year I flew to the coveted place .. And there, construction began a couple of meters away. The landing is chopped off and all the bumps are in the sand ... Bummer. Hopefully I'll make it someday! And I will definitely make tea myself. I even dream of this scent!
Linadoc
Irina, Ira, are there no other places? Well then, come on, come, I even have my own cypress ... 3 pieces and my own larch ... 3 pieces, well, pines with thujas ... 3 pieces of each and boletus they all grow, even with an oblique mow. .. right on the site

I can't get to other places. we are horseless.
oh, you talk delicious! your hands are golden and the recipe ideas are just great! so I would love to show up for tea!
Lind @
I made jam. It turned out more like jam.
The taste is interesting, homemade "appreciated": the leftovers that I didn't put in the jars were swallowed instantly.
I suspect that some of the sprouts were "oldish", because there are harsh particles. Chopped in a blender.

And I had a question. Is it possible to add ginger to this jam? He's also curative.
Linadoc

Yes, it's more like jam, well, as I called it, I called it that.
Quote: Lind @

Here is the answer. When I was grinding in a blender, I also had "harsh particles". Therefore, I strongly recommend double scrolling through a meat grinder.

ginger add
Sure you may. You can also thyme (thyme). They have the same medical focus and taste complements each other. Only I don't like ginger or thyme, that's why I don't add it.
* Anyuta *
She kicked the shoots last night - fed the mosquitoes (ran into the forest after the rain) - washed them - scrolled them - poured boiling water over them. Now it remains to come home from work and "cook" - then I will definitely report back. Only the question is: what can be used to replace the jaundice? And then she threw herself yesterday, but there is no zhelfix - apparently she threw it out when she did the revision ...
