The second batch could not be controlled at all - I put everything in a barrel, filled it with water and left for two days .. Didn't interfere (I just wasn't there). The cabbage turned out to be more vigorous than from the first batch, my husband liked it even more.
I mixed the dough in brine "in 5 minutes a day". Again, everything worked out without straining ..
I made grape bread based on this dough.
My husband thinks that I know how to conjure .. I'm not at home that much time, and the table is full of goodies ..
