Cooking method

  • Wash the vegetables. Boil cauliflower, eggplant, carrots, bell peppers for 5 minutes. I did it in the Brand 37501 multicooker.

  • Raw asparagus beans also need to be boiled along with other vegetables. I had it frozen, so I didn't boil it.
  • Chop the garlic and hot pepper.
