vinegar 9% 0.5 tbsp.
sugar 2 tbsp. l.
salt 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the eggplants into cubes

I did everything as required, but the eggplants almost did not give juice. Maybe if they stood ... But they started to actively fry, the existing liquid immediately began to boil away, I kept stirring with a spoon so that they all steamed. As a result, I added 1 glass of boiled water and then they began to boil, as it were. Then I put everything in jars, with half a portion it turned out 2l300ml. Just a little left, I'll try it later with mayonnaise.
