Snack pies in a sandwich maker (Steba)

Ingredients

puff pastry 500g
sausages (sausages) 6 pcs
sauerkraut 200g
flour and starch 1 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Roll out the finished puff pastry (I have yeast) so that every 250g is enough to make 8 pies. Put on a sandwich maker so that half of the dough completely covers it, and the other half hangs down freely. Mix the chopped sausages (sausage, sausages ...), squeezed sauerkraut (I have kimchi), flour and starch (so that the juice does not flow out), put in the grooves of the sandwich maker, cover with the second half of the dough. Bake for 7-8 minutes.

The dish is designed for

16 pieces

Note

Well, a very quick snack!

Elenawell you and bore attentive! Just think, there is such a spelling. Corrected that some would not look at the writing, but at the essence of the recipe. Did you shove your KIMCHI cabbage into pies? But it tastes good!
Elena Tim
No, damn it, I spent half an hour looking for a person's health to wish him health, and she was bored in my face!
Listen, Lin, for the life of me, I don't remember what kind of pies these are yours ... how did they ... shove kimchi?

That's exactly what I didn't shove, but needed - it remains crispy and juicy in the pies, all the taste and spice are preserved!

Aaaaa! It came as a giraffe! Okay, I'll try, since the doctor advises!
Thank you, Linus, for another goodies!

Lina, thank you for the delicious pies! What a beauty! I fed my family this way over the weekend. There were 14 people: 8 children and 6 adults. So good at it. While I roll out the next layer of dough, these pies are baked ... And I did this 8 times. It took 3 hours. Not a single pie was left. And it was 64! I still lubricated them with butter, otherwise they seemed a little dry to me.
I had never thought about the sandwich maker with such respect before: well, boutiques and boutiques, boring things .... And here it is!

Olesya425, Bon Appetit ! I am glad that you, the children and guests liked it! If I make from puff yeast, then I do not grease with anything - and so everything is golden, and if from yeast-free, then the top can be greased. But just yeast (not puff) in a sandwich maker turns out to be dryish.
