Liver soufflé cake (Philips 3134/00)

Ingredients

For liver soufflé:
chicken liver 800 g
bulb onions 1 PC
chicken egg 2 pcs
potato starch 2 tbsp. l.
salt incomplete tsp
black pepper taste
For the layer:
bulb onions 1 PC
carrot 1 PC.
vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
salt, spices taste
mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l. with a slide

Cooking method

  • 1. Chop the liver, onion together with eggs, salt, spices, starch into a homogeneous mass (for example, in a food processor). Pour the mass into a multicooker bowl greased with butter or lined with baking paper. Oven mode time 45 min temperature 110 deg. After the end of the program, open the multicooker and let the soufflé cool right in the bowl for about 20-30 minutes, then gently remove it with a double boiler.
  • This is how the soufflé looks like (by the way, you can eat it like this, without sanding):
  • Liver soufflé cake (Philips 3134/00)
  • 2. Switch on the Fry mode for 15 minutes (by default), and during this time sauté finely grated carrots and finely chopped onions in vegetable oil. Season with a little salt and season. Mix the finished frying with mayonnaise.
  • 3. Cut the soufflé into 3 cakes, coat the first cake with half of the mayonnaise filling, cover with the second cake, grease with the second half, cover with 3 cake layers.
  • Decorate as desired.

The dish is designed for

8 servings

Time for preparing:

1,5 hour

Cooking program:

Oven, Fry

Note

You can let it soak in the refrigerator for several hours, or you can use it right away, because compared to the traditional liver cake made from individual pancakes, this one is very tender, and also less fatty (the soufflé contains a minimum of fat, and that of yolks and oil for lubrication bowls).
Personally, I decided for myself that now I will make the liver cake only in this way, there are few ingredients, and the result is excellent!
Try it too!

Larissa, I want for Easter !!! I love liver and dishes from it !!!
And to cut the cooled down, right? And how is it cut, okay? You have such smooth cutters! Didn't it exfoliate?
musya
Mom Tanya, I cut with warm, such a knife with teeth, long and wide, on sale was called like a knife for a cake, like a spatula on one side and with notches on the other. They cut very well

Is the egg raw or boiled?
musya
TATbRHA, raw, of course! for a bundle

Larisochka, thank you for the wonderful recipe. The soufflé turned out to be amazingly tender !!!
I made a gag in the preparation: I chopped the onion in a blender first to the state of onion puree (so there are no pieces in the souffle, only the taste of onion), beat the proteins separately with a mixer and added them to the mass ready for baking, added a little nutmeg (I love it in liver pate and here I liked it too).
Baked in Panasonka on "Pastry" for 65 min. He did not live up to the state of "cake", he was not allowed to cool down either. A daughter came from the institute, pulled her nose "What smells so delicious ?!", at the same time my mother stopped by to visit. And the fate of the dish was decided: not to become a cake for him, but to be a SUFFLE-E-E ....
Thanks from the girlish part of our family. Fast, gentle, tasty, healthy.
While she was writing, Donechka came in and said that it reminded her of a stuffed pike, well, and a fantasy, though ...

musya
Vita, you are welcome! with whipped proteins, this is generally something enchanting should be
about the pike amused

Larisa, thank you for a successful, simple and quick yummy!
I had a piece of liver (I don't remember whose), saw this recipe and decided to cook it.
She took out (a mulion, half-forgotten and removed for years) a blender-jug Mulinex with a glass bowl, threw in a onion, spun a little (on the sides of the jug), added eggs and twirled a little more, then threw everything else and made a "cocktail"! I poured everything into Brand 37501 and turned on the baking. It seems that I overexposed it a little (next time I will put it on for a shorter baking time, my mule is powerful and nimble), I didn't really let it cool down, turned it over on the lid of a glass pan, plucked a soft crust (my son would definitely not eat with a crust), there were less liver, but I didn’t reduce the rest of the ingredients, so it turned out not a souffle (I had to put one egg, not two), but delicious! Even the son, not a lover of the liver, ate several slices Did not sandwich, cut it across and on pancake bread
I liked the simplicity of preparation very much and it was delicious. I will definitely cook like that again!
musya
valushka-sThanks for using the recipe! glad you liked
my husband does not favor the liver either, but in this form he uses and does not resent

Larisa, thanks for the recipe; it turned out very tasty and juicy; baked in an ancient Panasonic multicooker on baked goods 40 min
it was not possible to interlayer, because the layers crumbled into pieces, smeared on top; stewed vegetables in micro, sour cream and sweet mustard instead of mayonnaise
musya
Omul, Maria, thank you for trying and it was delicious for you and sour cream with mustard should be delicious, I never did that, you should try
