But we will sometimes indulge in pasta too
Well, the cons is noise, a little quieter than a vacuum cleaner, but tolerable. It's still bad that the batch volume is still small. As I understand it, the maximum flour you can pour is 400-500 grams. if you need to stock up on vermicelli for the future, then you probably need to make 2-3 batches. But this is not difficult either.
Today I kneaded 2 eggs and 1 tbsp for 200g flour. l. oils. It turned out for two to eat once.
Well, the third minus for me is the disassembly and cleaning of this device, especially the attachments. 9pcs of details !!! But next time I'll try to dry it like kiki99 writes, it's probably really easier this way.
