I also ice cream, and gnocchi. I'll put some frostbite in the freezer on a tray, then vacuum and back. And then they take up a lot of space.

Lena, what recipe did you use?

Hello, everyone who has similar generating sets. I have one question. How do you manage to cut off the noodles, horns, etc., spread, cut again. I bought Fairy-180 yesterday. I'm making noodles today. Yes, the two of us with my daughter do not have time. We have to stop the device, lay out several slices and turn it on again. I have one version. Fairy has a power of 180 W, maybe too powerful, I looked, others have 80 W?

A! Die, what a machine!
I just watched a video on YouTube, I was stunned.
anavi
Tanyulya, I want to ask - how is your machine doing? Are you using? Are you satisfied? And then I read - the girls bought Philips, but it's dear to me! I want to take this Delta - is it worth it?
Tanyulya
Olga, Olya, I do, but rarely. In general, I like the machine, but washing is dreary. I only make spaghetti type.
Skazi
anavi
Tanyulya, thank you, Tanya, how quickly you answered! And I’m sitting watching your spaghetti video! I'll probably take it!
Caprice
Tanyulya, I am to you with a huge request. I bought your twin car. Practically, it differs only in color (silver) and name. There is absolutely no instruction, not detailed, and a couple of strange recipes. The only thing that was described there in detail was how to assemble the spaghetti dryer that came with the kit.
Can you scan and email me the instructions and the recipe book? I did not find it on the network.
If you agree, I will email you in a personal.
Thank you in advance.
Tanyulya
Irin, today I will try to find instructions and write you an answer.

Thank you, Tanyusha. I will wait. When you will have time.

Something with this machine I somehow do not add up to love. She's some kind of hemorrhoid. Today, a pound of rice flour and two innocently killed unborn chickens went to the trash.
Tanyulya
Irin, I can't find instructions. Today my husband will still look in one common box (he will sort out the deposits on the balcony) and if we find it, I will write.
But I don't have a lot of test left, but washing it is hemorrhoids.
VitaVM
Tanya, you won't find it, then I can throw it
anavi
Irene, and why the instruction? There is nothing special and there - I always do according to Tanyul's recipe and do not bother - 1 egg + liquid = 120 ml and 285 g of flour, add 1-2 tbsp. spoons of oil. It always works! And the dough, which remains a little, I pinch off into 3-4-5 small pieces, roll it out as thin as possible - and into a waffle iron (I have a flower, thin)! Gorgeous crunches are obtained, the granddaughter is happy!

Tillotama, I bought a company in the market in Kislovodsk, by weight, said a colorful uncle-seller that he was almost from India, he had a lot of spices, by weight in tiny glasses, and the spices themselves and Iranian henna were in jute bags. Now I also have unidentified spices brought from Abkhazia, including saffron, and Kotani, I have not tried it either.
I'm thinking, maybe I put a lot of it ... Because the color and smell of that saffron cannot be confused with anything. The Easter cakes were already sunny, and I only "heard" such a scent once, so smelled like a cake bought in a church shop, monastery baked goods.

From Abkhazia - this is 100% Imeretian saffron, i.e. marigolds. This is probably the confusion. Never buy ground saffron (it happens, but sooooo rarely). Turmeric is usually passed off as it. Real saffron cannot be confused with anything if you have seen it once. These are strings. Like these ones:

Pasta machine (pasta)

Saffron (saffron crocus stigma) is not sold in cups. He's worth the shit. Real saffron is sold. Camis sells. There is a huge package with these strings. Buy it, even though it's quite expensive. But remember the smell of real saffron)).

Until December 11, she was for 10633 in MVideo, if only to find, they snapped up almost everywhere. By promo code (there is a promo code in the topic about pastam). I bought. A lot more people bought it. The difference of 7 thousand matters)). And without a promo code, they have 15,000))

IreneI hope you got the instructions
Thank you, Vitochka! 4 photo files arrived.
Received everything

So, I tried very hard to do everything correctly and according to the instructions. The recipe was taken by the one that Tanyulya used in the video for spaghetti. Kneading for about 10 minutes. Then, as stated in the instructions, I let the machine and the dough rest. Then she turned on the spaghetti machine.

Pasta machine (pasta)

The Chinese fit is no good. In the picture, I marked the places where the dough was hammered. Uncropped dough left with not a large apple. This is too much, considering that only 285 grams of flour was taken. A huge minus to this machine.
It seems that my love will not work out with this machine. It's not worth the effort. And I don't like it too much. Thin ones do not squeeze out well, and the spaghetti is too thick. Stores are tastier. And washing hemorrhoids. Especially the grate is difficult to clean.

I thought for a long time whether to pout me or not entot agrigat. I wanted pasta. Yesterday I received a Galaxy 250 V pasta dish. Oh, and I suffered with her. It seems to have watched the video. I was afraid that the blade would burst. But the concept of "peas" and "wet sand" seems to be different for everyone. For the noodle cutter, I make the dough much cooler, really like peas. I made the dough a little bit wet this morning. I must say that I make semolina with flour 1/1, egg, salt, rust. oil, a little water. On the noodle cutter it turns out perfect for me. Oh, also curry in the mood. In general, I was disappointed with the result. The pasta is very fleshy and thick. They should be made very short, then nothing. Everything else I can do with a noodle cutter depends on the set thickness of the rolling. And also a big disappointment. The connecting disc (although I would not call it a disc) cracks appeared in 2 places. I understand that this could have appeared from overload. Nevertheless, I tortured her before I achieved the desired result.
My conclusion is not a quality device. Although 2500 is also money. Including income in our region. And I didn't like the pasta (horns), they are thick.

I didn't like the horns either, they were very thick.

I also have an unclaimed
VitaVM
So I used it once and that's it, it has been in the box for several years.
Tanyulya
Nah, I made spaghetti often the first time, but all kinds of horns, nah, I don't like it. And in general, from home, I like noodles on a dough sheeter better, but I like the store ones better.
Olga3107
and I bought my parents such a car. Of course, you can wind up macaroni, but there is a lot of effort and a recipe must be chosen. Spaghetti comes out well, the horns are sooooo thick, you get tired of chewing. The rest did not work. In general, I do not recommend buying. Oh yes, our copy is also almost impossible to disassemble to wash. I have a pasta machine from Philips. This is the thing !!!! Parents, too, have already ordered a phillips while there is an action in Eldorado. Conclusion: the miser pays twice.
akvamarin171
Bliin, and everyone here praised her so much. I read a lot, did not dare to buy for a long time. And now I look, nobody likes it. And everyone switched to Philips. There was an opinion as if there were advertising. And how can you trust.
Olga3107
I think that everyone hoped that all the same, you can not pay a lot of money for such a unit and get a good result. I certainly hoped for it. And maybe they would have come to terms with such a device, if there was nothing to compare.
akvamarin171
I think that pasta is not worth the investment. They come out very gold in Philips. Plus durum flour. Better in a noodle cutter. I took the pasta mainly because of the pasta with a hole. But I was disappointed in them.

I think so too. I do not argue that, technically, Philips is probably better than an inexpensive pasta, but in order to buy Philips, you need to be madly in love with pasta to such an extent and constantly eat and feed your family.
He must somehow justify his cost ...
Olga3107
But for me, it’s just a huge love for pasta that can make them do it on a dough roll or in Galaxy and the like. I say this because I have all these devices. And no love for pasta is worth the torment and the fuss that is required with these devices. 😱

And how do earrings-rings justify their cost?
This is a fun toy. Philips is a pleasure, the originally announced amount, 20 thousand, of course is overstated. But now the price has been lowered, but there are all kinds of promotions. I got Phillips for 11 thousand, I think a decent price for a toy :)
akvamarin171
Yes, there is nothing fancy. The bread maker will make the dough, you don't even need to wash it. I bake bread in the oven, and the dough in it. The rolling is going quickly. I make the dough in such a way that you don't need to dust anything. And flour is not scattered anywhere. The feeling that I'm rolling out of plasticine. The composition is as follows: plain flour and semolina (or from solid flour) 1/1, an egg, a little r. oil, water a little or without it.
I definitely don't need Phillips for that kind of money. With jewelry, comparison is definitely inappropriate here. I will not inherit Phillips. And I won't attach it to the wardrobe. And I prefer toys of a different plan. I will use Galaxy sometimes.
Twig
Oh, jewelry is very much out of fashion, and often such an inheritance is melted down.
akvamarin171
Baby babbling turns out. off-topic.

And I use Phillips much more often than rolling! I make several types of pasta at once, share with neighbors and relatives. There is always homemade noodles in a quick way to season the broth. And it warms the soul that there are no bad additives, everything is homemade. I'm not talking about the price, since I can't stand cheap pasta ideas after the Italian voyages, so for me Phillips is one of my favorite devices.
Our pasta is not a side dish, but individual dishes, very diverse with a large amount of vegetables and protein components.
I buy only exclusive types of pasta, such that you cannot make at home.
I have never regretted the purchase, I really love this device, very much !!!
And our children will not appreciate all this, not that generation, they will eat fast food. In general, and God forbid, that this fast food was more or less useful.
By the way, my son's girls feed only pasta, usually with mushrooms or seafood. Italian cuisine is popular among young people, so it's not a sin to pass it on by inheritance if the appliance survives to our hundred years !!!

Well, you just love it very much. And our pasta does not come so often. Therefore, it makes no sense to "invest" in Philips

Do not forget that the discussion began in 2014, and now it is 2018. Nothing stands still, it is being improved, new and more thoughtful / powerful units appear. Phillips was out of the question then. Therefore, the pasta was quite delightful. And when the opportunity arose to compare with a more powerful and well-thought-out machine - no, no longer a delight. This is natural, why be surprised?

Absolutely not. Everyone has their own reasons. I like the taste. Here, much cheaper pasta from the store (taking into account the cost of phillips) and all that, but the taste is different. Plus all sorts of "perversions" in the form of additives. Personally, I have already poured curry into the pasta machine (note who loves it - class), dried basil, beetroot powder, Italian herbs). And this is if you do not take into account that I have homemade eggs, plus I poured wine, pickles, etc.))) Where will I buy this? Nowhere.
