Cookies "Cat's tongues" (on proteins)
Category: Bakery
Ingredients
Sugar powder 100 g
Softened butter 100 g
Egg whites 3 pcs.
Wheat flour 100 g
Cooking method

1. Beat the powdered sugar with softened butter (until the mass becomes airy), of course it is more convenient to do this with a mixer.
2. Without stopping whisking, gradually add the whites.
3. Stir in the flour (I add lemon or orange zest with the flour, it's much more aromatic).
4. On a baking sheet lined with baking paper, from a pastry bag with a smooth nozzle, release strips about 5 centimeters long, but you can also make more (you can contrive and do the same with a teaspoon, this is in case there is no pastry bag) ...
5. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 10 minutes (the edges of the cookies should brown, and the middle should remain golden).

Note
Previously, when I had the proteins of raw eggs, I made meringues from them, later (with the purchase of cotton), I found a use for them in the form of protein bread, but now I also bake cookies. I want to share the recipe, maybe someone will come in handy.
I would be glad if someone likes this recipe

Krosh, and what is the consistency of the dough that should turn out? After the custard, I always have proteins and I make a meringue cake, and sometimes I don’t want to mess with meringue so much and this cookie will be a way out.

tanya1962, the dough turns out as for thick pancakes, before, in the absence of a pastry syringe, I just put a spoonful of the cake on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and baked it, it just turns out more interesting with the help of a bag, although the taste is still the same.
