Curd cookies

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 250 g
Margarine 125 g
egg 1 PC.
Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
Soda (quench with vinegar) 0.5 tsp
You can add vanillin.

Cooking method

I suggest a recipe for cottage cheese cookies. Very easy to prepare and delicious!

Margarine (not melted!) grind with flour, add cottage cheese, egg, soda, quenched with vinegar. Knead. If necessary, add flour, the dough should be soft, but not stick to your hands.
Make cakes (the size of dumplings), dip one side in sugar, fold in half with sugar inside, then dip again in sugar on one side, and fold in half with sugar inside. Dip again in sugar and place the cookies on a greased baking sheet with the sugar facing up. Bake at 190-200 *.

I saw a brand new cookie recipe and it's done!
Curd cookies
Thank you,LaraN ! It turned out quickly and not at all troublesome.
I did everything strictly according to the recipe, I added enough flour to roll out the dough. Used baking paper. I did half by folding twice, and the other half was folded only once (so that they were less sweet), it turned out to be cute too:

Liked it, I will bake it often, thanks again!

Just yesterday I made cottage cheese cookies, only I do without an egg, 1 * 1 margarine and cottage cheese soda slaked vinegar. and flour. But there was no time to fold them 3 times and I just rolled out the sheet, poured sugar, rolled it, folded it in half and rolled it again, sprinkled it with sugar and rolled it. Then cut into squares and bake. Of course, it turns out not so layered, but tasty, flies away at once

For some reason, the dough turned out to be too sticky, I had to add more flour, but still delicious. Thanks for the recipe

fcdd, it depends on the curd, it can be both soft and dry. You did exactly the right thing, a little flour and everything is OK!
Altusya
It turned out very tasty, only I did it without an egg.
Taste of childhood
Mom can't find that recipe. And this one, well, just exactly from those times.
Everything was swept away instantly.
I will do one more thing. Simple, fast and tasty.
LaraN
Altusya, I really have this recipe since "those times", from childhood, my mother often made us. Eat to your health!

I prepared these cookies for work)) delicious, simple. While I was baking, the sugar turned into caramel at the bottom (melted), slightly burned. But, then I will adjust the temperature. Thanks to the author!
Altusya
moby, well, it's nothing that melted. Really adjust afterwards.
And I like that sugar is covered with a crust on top.
Thanks again for this simple recipe. I do it regularly.

and what do you think, additionally wet the testicle, and then sugar, is that too much?

and this, as you like best ... I never dipped it in an egg, but in cocoa, cinnamon, poppy seeds. and on top with chocolate icing when it cools down too ..... there is already room for imagination and personal taste.
