Girls, what cuts cubes in general? Is there a list? Apparently a little off topic ... but I need it regularly, but I don’t have it.Burner
Ilmirushka
Buttercup, I and Boshik MUM 5-series immediately included a cube attachment. I know that there is a slightly smaller Bosch on a square base, also with a cube attachment.

There are many of them, I can say about mine.
I had a Bosik harvester before, there was a cube somewhere 8x8 mm. And then they released the second grating, I don't remember the size. Everything was fine, but I upgraded to kitchens. Kenwood machines. And now the attachment to Kenwood is also fine.
Mandraik Ludmila
Is there anything combined with a spirozer?

Redmond RFP-3904, Moulinex DJ9058, Kitchen Aid 5KFP1644, Hotter 8-in-1 Cubes, Philips HR1659 / 90, Kenwood attachment, several Bosch models ... Just don't buy e-mail. graters such as meat grinders with funnel-shaped attachments, supposedly a cube. This is bullshit, not cubes.
Miranda

Didn't come across.

Cubes require two cutting elements - a grate and a knife. Usually, first the knife cuts, then pushes into the grate. A spiralizer and graters / shredders - one disc with holes is enough. In order to come up with cubes for Boulet, you may need another lid or even a bowl for the knife / grate to fit.

Miranda, yes, it stops after a minute of work, this concerns the vegetable cutter, I have not noticed it on the spirozer yet, but you still turn it off there when you change vegetables.
Even if it stopped, I usually notice when it is already empty in the receiving ring, then I press the button and it works again. The ninja has the same system, I turn on one of the programs, it is calculated for 75 seconds, there is a countdown and automatically stops. So interesting, the pulse mode is turned on at the beginning, and then the normal one. Apparently, this is a protection against engine overheating, they are also very powerful and with a cosmic speed.
leostrog

Jouravl... tell me. now if you are going to cut a head of cabbage (pre-cut into large pieces) for a bullet or. for example, 9 carrots and you serve it uninterruptedly, does it still stop every minute?
Jouravl
leostrog, cutting all of the above will take less than a minute, if served continuously, carrots - 1 second, you change the disc for cabbage, so you stop and the head is cut without stopping. I was cooking borsch, carrots, beets here, and I forgot to change the shredder to a slicer for cabbage and a quarter of the head of cabbage slipped through me instantly. He never stopped. And, by the way, it was very good, it worked out, everything was cooked quickly. It's just a warning that he stops so that there are no thoughts, suddenly broke]
If it stops, then I turn it on again and continue to cut.
Just in one minute, (y) you can cut the entire crop from the garden, like I ground beets yesterday for freezing.
leostrog
Yeah, thanks a lot.

Girls, showing different cuts, maybe someone will come in handy in choosing discs ...

Bars, 5 mm in size., 7 mm., 10 mm .....)))

Well, the “snow blade” disc came, rubbed the carrots in an instant .... (I am never tired of being amazed at the speed of its cutting .. ...) ...., just some kind of space ....

I wanted to order myself a Veggie Bullet-

instead I added half that more and paid for the replacement of the motor fan in the car

... Alas .. the vegetable cutter moved back again.
Jouravl
marlanca, Galya, congratulations! Super how I like him
Thank you for giving me my CDs, now I will be with the sauce !!!
And I'm playing with the Ninja, I decided to study the buttons. Problended sinewy beef, twice for 75 seconds, it turned out like this minced meat, very close to sausage
Spiral chopper (slicer, spiralizer) for cutting vegetables and fruits
And this is pork on the Low program, it turned out minced.

Then, together, pork, beef, white bread, I decided with crusts, to see if this would be noticeable, onions. And we got such a minced meat for cutlets.

To say that I am satisfied, to say nothing, I am just glad that, finally, I have chosen my gadget
marlanca
Jouravl,
Nadyush, listen, how cool ... 👍, straight homogeneous minced meat came out ...
Jouravl
marlanca, Galya, everything is great! And no meat grinders are needed, the main thing is there is no waste, nothing, it does not get stuck anywhere. : girl-yes: My Nika, when I took out the meat grinder, took a standby position at the table)), and now I realized that I was left without a treat ...
I have not figured out all the buttons yet, I will continue to conduct experiments.

Oh, don't tell me, Nadia. I like minced meat for cutlets much more from a meat grinder than cooked with knives. They have a completely different consistency. I have a similar special meat grinder with knives, still old, Baltic, and sometimes I make such minced meat in combines, but not for cutlets.
Olga M.
Larissa, and I, too, after Galina and Nadya's discussion immediately remembered that meat grinder. Like a big coffee grinder. Chopped meat was obtained from it. On the contrary, I liked these cutlets more. Or maybe the meat was different then :)

Yes, yes, like a giant coffee grinder, Straume meat grinder. But the minced meat turns out to be just not chopped, but creamy, very finely dispersed, which I don't like, but I can't stop in time - then it is uneven. I use it for dumplings, but not for cutlets.

Larissa, of course, this is a matter of taste and preference. We like minced minced meat, in my opinion it is juicier, but no blender has given me such a consistency. Our child still eats meat badly, sometimes hard for him, sometimes dry (turkey, only) so, I hope, mix red meat for him, my husband ate the cutlets and liked him very much, said, it tastes better.
Yes, and a seedless frozen strawberry smoothie! Super
Lerele
And I like minced chicken cutlets more, but just meat cutlets through a meat grinder
Jouravl, you have cool toys, but I'm still wrinkling, reading here, I'll run into the basket, I'll sleep, I'll think about it, throw it out of the basket.
There is nowhere to put what is available, it is a pity to throw it away, it is impossible to sell.
And show the cabbage how it cuts ??? Well, if it's not difficult, drive the last nail into my sick head

Lerele, yes, cool
I can show cabbage only on weekends, bullet at the dacha, if only Galya brings you earlier. Cuts cool. About the Ninja vegetable cutter, I can’t say anything good, it’s too small, so it’s not really needed. You definitely won't cut cabbage on it ...
Lerele
Jouravl, no, I'm talking about the bullet, not about the niju with cabbage. Here it is, this ninja, I do not need it at all. And I want a bullet, not because I need it, but in spite of

Lerele, maybe you don't need the last nail? After all, after using the bullet, other vegetable cutters will not be needed))) think carefully before the weekend

marlanca, thanks, I just ordered everything! Nastya Shaw Blade doubted, but he was in the set. And I think with its help to make sorbets, we love them! Thanks for taking the trouble to show us!

"oversleep" must be deleted! And so with us you will sausage all night long!

But I love different stuffing. From a meat grinder I get juicier, but sometimes there is no time to sculpt cutlets, or the meat is dry, so I'm like a soufflé from chopped into trash, fry in a frying pan. And not bad either. But for sausage, apparently, it will be normal from Ninja, unless the minced meat is very hot.
Nadia, does he have speed, this Ninja?
Lerele
Jouravlokay, I'll think again

Miranda, who's thoughts converge, remember? ..
And why did you suddenly start to poke me out?

Rada-dms, am I already sausage or sausage ??

Olya, he has programs, each has its own speed and automatic time. Then it turns off. You can repeat the cycle if there is not enough time.

That's it, and I think so. Therefore, with knives - in a dumpling, in a souffle, and with a meat grinder, larger - in cutlets.

But you probably don't sell this Polish brand.
And I also had a meat grinder Straume. I inherited from my mother, but I burned her. But neither my mother nor I ground meat in it for cutlets. Only pates were made.

Nila. Tell me, did you use this cube cutter?
and what size the cubes are. Because I have a cube cutter for Kenwood. but just lying around, and it's a pity to throw it away. because for me the cubes are very big.
