Smoked mackerel and quince salad

Ingredients

Potatoes slightly over average 3 pcs
Quince 1/2 pc
Cucumber 1 PC
Finely grated hard cheese 150 g
Smoked mackerel 1 PC
Mayonnaise
Green salad about 7-10 sheets

Cooking method

  • 1. Grate potatoes, cucumber, quince on a coarse grater. Cut the salad.
  • 2. Spread in layers in a deep cup: potatoes + cucumber + quince + mackerel + mayonnaise + cheese + green lettuce + potatoes, then press more tightly so that it does not fall apart later.
  • 3. The last layer ends with potatoes.
  • 4. Turn onto a large platter. Grease a little potatoes with mayonnaise and sprinkle with cheese on top.
  • 5. Decorate as desired.
