Grilled pork neck GF 090

Ingredients

Neck 2 pieces
Marinade
Bulgarian red pepper 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Ginger 1-2 cm
Tomato juice 1st (or fresh tomatoes-3-4pcs)
Dried basil 0.5 tsp
Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method

  • Pour marinade over the meat and let stand for at least 1 hour.
  • Preheat the grill for 3.
  • Pour our tomato sauce into the marinade cavity at the bottom, put the meat, cover and fry for 10-12 minutes (depending on the thickness of the piece).
  • I flip the meat at least once.
  • The meat turned out to be juicy and tasty.
