Ingredients

Dry yeast 2.5 tsp
Wheat flour 900 ml (560 g)
Wheat groats 120 ml (75 g)
Salt 2 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Water 370 ml
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • to the bottom of the bread maker Panasonic SD 2501 pour in yeast, pour in flour, pour salt, sugar on top of the flour, pour it carefully with water so that the water is on top of the flour in the form of a pool, pour wheat grits on top of the water, add vegetable oil, mode 01 / size XL / medium crust

Note

I usually put it at night with a timer so that it’s ready in the morning, it turns out tall and looks like bran bread!

Didn't you bake it without a delay? If there is a delay, then the cereal seems to be steaming for a while. And if you put it right away, it will not work that the cereal will grind on your teeth?

bake! enough time is enough for 1 hour in water to soak, then at the end of 1 hour it is baked, there are no grains in the crumb to squeak on the teeth, and on the crust it is even cool!
