Bread on pomegranate tea "Christmas star"

Ingredients

Wheat flour, premium 520 g
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Salt 2 tsp without slide
Butter 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Strong pomegranate tea 350 g
Dry yeast "Suffmoment" 1.5 tsp.

Cooking method

  • Load all the ingredients into your HP according to your HP instructions, leaving both types of oil and a small amount of flour aside. It is better to add them at the end of the batch.
  • Let your dough fit 2-3 times. Place the dough on a floured table and shape a loaf and proof it in a warm place, covered with cling film or a damp towel. Wait until the loaf rises 2 - 2.5 times.
  • Once this happens, make cuts with a sharp knife, spray the loaf with a spray bottle and put it in the oven. For the first 15 minutes, bake the bread at a temperature of 230 ⁰С and with steam (for this, CAREFULLY pour a glass of boiling water into the lower tray and close the oven door. Or bake well-sprinkled bread in a mold with a closed lid) The next 25-35 minutes. Bake bread at 180 180С. Those who bake under the lid should remove it so that the bread could get a golden crispy crust. Check the readiness of the bread with a wooden torch, which should remain dry when piercing the finished bread.
  • Wrap the baked bread in a linen or cotton towel and put to cool on the wire rack.

ilonnna, I take very beautiful bread to bookmarks. Just tell me, what kind of animal is pomegranate tea
Ilona
Everything was ridiculously simple! My youngest child is hooked on tea made from pomegranate petals, it looks like a hibiscus. Well, I gave myself a whole liter teapot, but I didn’t feel sorry for my beloved petals - I banged heartily! And of course I couldn't drink it. Well, in the night I decided "not to waste the good on my hump from my vacation!" and put it into motion! it turned out delicious. I thought it would be sour bread, but no, nothing sour, even strange. And the bread flew away with a bang! And no one understood what it was on tea
Vilapo
Thanks to your son, you have baked such a beautiful bread, you will have to look at these petals in the store
Ilona
I think if you don't find it, you can replace it with hibiscus, they are somewhat similar.

I already guessed that it is possible to replace karkade, but I want to try the same
