Ingredients

carrot 1 kg
smoked sausage 200 g
any boiled meat 200 g
bulb 1 large
mayonnaise

Cooking method

  • Boil the meat until tender. Add salt at the end of cooking. Disassemble the cooled meat into fibers or cut into thin strips. Cut the smoked sausage into thin strips. Chop carrots on a Korean grater. I have a roco-berner. Chop the onion in half rings and pour over boiling water. You can pickle the onions in advance in vinegar, salt, sugar. Mix all components and season with mayonnaise. It is better to let the salad sit for 1 hour.
