Ingredients

Liver 500 g
Onion 1 head
Carrot 1 PC.
Salt and pepper taste
Cream or water 1 dimensional st.

Cooking method

  • 1. Rinse the liver, if the chicken is not cut, if the beef, then cut into small pieces. Cut the carrots into cubes, the onions into half rings.
  • 2. Put the liver in a pressure cooker bowl, fry on the "Toasting" or "Oven", third temperature level, time 2 minutes add onion, cream, salt, pepper, seasonings.
  • 3. Close the lid, select from the menu “Multipovar” mode, set the time to 5 minutes and press the “start” button.
