Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the ribs and remove the veins and fat from them. Then put it in cold water for a while.
  • 2. Place the soaked ribs in a colander and drain.
  • 3. Cut carrots into slices, grate onions, cut mushrooms into slices.
  • 4. Marinate the ribs in the marinade for 30-60 minutes.
  • 5. Place the ribs in the pressure cooker bowl, select the mode "Toasting" or "Oven", third temperature level, time 1 minute., With the lid open, the knob in the "closed" position
  • 6. Add vegetables, spices, salt and pepper to the fried ribs.
