Chocolate oat milk in a blender-soup maker Endever SkyLine BS-90

Ingredients

* Oat groats 50 g
* Water 500 ml
* Cocoa powder 0.5 tsp (more is possible)
* Salt tiny pinch
* Sweetener (sah / zam or sugar) taste

Cooking method

  • This recipe is taken as a basis:
  • Oat milk and healthy breakfast (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)
  • The idea behind the components is taken from here:
  • Oat milk and healthy breakfast (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024) # 2
  • In the evening, soak oatmeal (whole, not Hercules). Rinse in the morning, pour into the BS filter. Add cocoa powder, salt and sweetener. Flavoring additives are required, as milk has a pronounced bitterness. And additives neutralize this nuance. Pour in boiled water (cold or warm). If you want warm milk, you can warm it up manually (set the temperature to no more than 60 * C), BUT DO NOT Bring it to a boil, as the milk will turn into jelly. Next, set the speed of the soup cooker to 4-5 and blender 3-4 cycles (it periodically stops, as on programs P1, P2.
  • I drink cold. A very, wonderful and healthy drink. A great addition to breakfast.

Is oatmeal whole oats? Or long-boiled oatmeal?
And pour boiled water in cold? Can't boil water?
And I did not understand: to fall asleep, pour everything ... and then what? What program? Or how many mines of what to do?

At first I did it without sweetener - I didn't like it. And when I added sah / deputy - it's another matter)))

Added, when cooking, not 0.5 tsp. cocoa, and a whole, and even with a slide. I also introduced vanillin. It turned out much tastier (I admit that this influenced my love for cocoa)
