But do not throw away the good, especially the apples are so expensive this year. I cut them off, rubbed and added to the carrots with lemon.

But in the end everything worked out, and the husband, once again, said that it was unrealistically tasty cake (he does not know such clever words as kranz)
Baked in a silicone muffin pan with a hole. That is why I always have yeast dough in this form much longer baked than according to the recipe. Apparently my oven doesn't like silicone.

I never baked any fenders, especially with pseudo-dried apricots. I tried to make it according to your recipe and everything worked out great the first time: this is what proven technology means! Thank you very much, it turned out very tasty! It burned a little in the protruding parts, but this did not spoil the taste at all, on the contrary, it even added caramel charm.
