Salad with fish and mushrooms

Ingredients

Fillet of cod or mackerel 300 g
Champignon 250 g
Bulb onions 3-4 pcs.
Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
Rast. oil 0.5 tbsp.
Mayonnaise 250 g
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the fish fillet across the fibers into thin slices, roll in flour with salt and pepper. Fry in vegetable oil until tender. Cut the onion into large rings and fry until golden brown. Cut the mushrooms into slices and fry until tender. Cool everything down. Put a layer of fish on a dish, pour half of the mayonnaise. Top with mushrooms and cover with the remaining mayonnaise. Spread the fried onion rings evenly on top. Put the salad in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours to soak.
  • My small fixes: my family likes salmon salad better.
    Pre-marinate the onion (boiling water + a little sugar + a pinch of salt + vinegar), you can cut the onion into half rings.
