Chickpea soup with vegetables (multi-blender Profi Cook PC-MSM1024)

Ingredients

Boiled chickpeas 200 g
Medium carrots 1 PC
Yellow onion medium 1/2 part
Medium tomato 1 PC
Salt taste
Granular mustard 1 tsp
Meat broth 200 ml
Sunflower oil 2 tbsp

Cooking method

  • 1. Boil Chickpeas. (I had boiled Chickpeas in SV Shteba, pour 200 g of chickpeas with water, 1 cm higher than Chickpea itself, set the Meat program for 1 hour 10 minutes, open the lid after self-releasing the pressure, drain the remaining water through a colander).
  • 2. Install the blender, turn it on at 100 gr. Pour in oil, then add chopped onion - stir (Pulse button). Then add the chopped carrots and stir and add the chopped tomato. Turn the blender on at 1 speed and chop the vegetables. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 2. Add broth + mustard + salt. Cook for 5 minutes.
  • 3. Add Nute. Beat with a blender and let it cook for a few more minutes. The dish was ready in 15 minutes. After finishing cooking, beat the soup at 4 speeds.
