Hello, I bought a SATURN ST-EC0129 Bread Maker, it kneads well, the dough rises too well, but when baking, the top drops sharply, reduces water, yeast too. please tell me what else could be the reason? Before that there was another bread maker, this recipe had excellent bread and the top never fell.

First, let's check the bread recipe for compliance, what and how much was laid, how and how they measured and the photo of bread - then let's say what is the reason.
And let's go to the topic Bread did not work out again, I did everything strictly according to the recipe. What can be wrong? https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=146942.0

2 - scoops of salt
2 - scoops of sugar
2 - scoops of Sunflower Oil
2 scoops dry yeast
2.5 - measuring cups of water
5.5 - measuring cups of flour

and also tried this recipe, the same thing.

Water - 370g.
Oil - 3 tbsp. l.
Salt - 1.5 tsp.
Sugar - 1.5 tsp.
Yeast 1 and 3/4 tsp.
Flour - 4 and 2/3 tbsp.

On this recipe I put the French bread program, in both cases it turns out like this.
