And I really like the honey cake that my mother baked. I've been baking it for many years. He is my favorite. Very quick and tasty.
Medovik "Poor Student".

Dough:
1 egg
100 g honey (sometimes I save and put 1 tbsp. l with a slide)
100 g Sahara
100 g margarine
Quench 0.5 tsp baking soda with vinegar
1.5 stack (250 gr.) Flour

Cream:
7 table. l sour cream
150 gr. Sahara.
150 gr. sl. oils
walnuts to taste. (I like more)

Preparation
Grind the egg with sugar + honey + melted margarine + soda and flour.
divided into 4 cakes. The dough is very soft, I literally smear it on the bottom of the mold. Don't be alarmed that subtle. The cakes rise and are baked quickly; readiness is determined by their brownish color. The cakes should be removed immediately, while they are soft.

Beat sour cream with sugar and add butter. If the sour cream is homemade, I don't add oil

I always make a honey cake like this.
