One thing I can say. In the first recipe, 450 grams of flour is indicated for 300 ml of liquid. Not enough flour. We'll have to add it to the bun.
In the second recipe, for 360 ml of liquid (there is also kefir, and it will be thicker than water), 4 cups of flour are indicated.
Be careful with flour!
