I have the most successful ones - brioche (from the instructions), buckwheat, cottage cheese and monkey. In the curd cheese you don't feel at all, just good wheat bread. But rye and corn - not yet. I'm in the process of experimenting.
aynat
Come on, I still drop the recipes for rye, corn and you drop your successful ones (not from the instructions) into the topic "Recipe book for Kenwood VM-210", and we will discuss in this thread.
Hairpin
I barely found this book myself, so I'll give you a link right away. "Recipe book for Kenwood VM-210" - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...mf&Itemid=26&topic=7130.0

[Hairpin / b], do you beat an egg in a brioche or not? I want to try it today, but I haven't tried it yet. Don't you add anything else - like nuts / raisins / candied fruits?
Hairpin
I just put everything in order - milk with melted butter, sugar and salt, then an egg, flour and yeast. Now I'm putting on a timer. Households sweep away.
I add raisins. First, I soak it in boiling water for about five minutes to make it softer.
But my dome, as a rule, is smooth, not convex.
Hairpin
The yeast must not get wet!
aynat
I will put it now . Hairpin, but about monkey bread I wanted to ask: baking 30-35min - not a little? and on our oven, can you reduce the baking time or do you forcibly stop it? A very interesting recipe, I want to try it too. The truth has not yet decided what filling to do.

I propose to rigidly move to the "Book of recipes for Kenwood VM-210" - https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...mf&Itemid=26&topic=7130.0 , otherwise I got confused in these Temko ...

P.S. Move hard, not hard to suggest.

My beautiful little white girl has covered herself ... I think that the ends.
Summary.
1. The service life was approximately 5 months on average 4 hours (sometimes 20 hours, but not always);
2. Mode of operation "in the tail and in the mane". Affected by technical education. Full confidence in the presence of all protections, temperature and pressure sensors, etc. The only thing, when overloaded, I listened to the motor. If the engine was running too hard, the task was removed.
3. Regarding the breakdown, I believe that it is a loose motor shaft. The bucket was taken out not only by me, but also by all household members (from 14 to 65 years old). In the process of taking out / putting (wow, what words) the axis of the shaft shifted, which, as a result, violated the axis of the rod on which the knife was held. When preparing a medium with a low viscosity (jam has a much lower viscosity than dough), it simply flowed into the gap between the bucket and the rod with a knife. IMHO. The stove hasn't been taken apart yet, but I'm sure the engine is filled with jam.

There are chances to find a warranty card. It will be seen there.

In general, I think that my little white girl had a very interesting life. How much she cooked / baked! Who knows, maybe other stoves won't see so much in five years !!!

Hairpin backfill question! If under warranty you have to change and there will be a choice in the models, are you carrying the same or what? (I’m still waiting for the promised Panasonic, I don’t even look at bread recipes with an effort of will, or I’ll start banging my head against the wall), but I don’t miss discussions of bread makers ...
Hairpin
If the free repair does not work out, I will take Panasonic. I don't know 253, 254 or 255 yet. But the monitoring of the models has already been prepared for printing.
I see no reason to repair it due to the fact that the main cost of the bread machine is the engine, then the brains (controller). My bucket is already deformed too. That is, of the whole set, I have only the brains and the plastic box itself. That is, repairs should cost the lion's share. And if then the brains fly? In addition, if Kevud's shaft is so weak that it could not stand my household, then Kenwood either has to be changed ...or household members. I think I'll leave the household!
obgorka_gu
Thank you, I also want Panasonic 255, and so far no one has dissuaded me, but I will ask until the victorious, after the purchase I usually do not regret it, I think for a long time before ...

And here we are making passive attempts to hand over our HP for repair. And I decided, if it is not subject to warranty, then hand it over for spare parts. I don't repair equipment at all. Economically impractical.
The warranty card contains M-Video service centers. They are immeasurable. But for some reason I decided to take it to the Kenwood service center. I made a printout and gave it to my husband. The husband returned in shock. He said that the Kenwood service center was very surprised that someone has Kenwood HP and that Kenwood does not produce HP. And even more so, he does not repair them ... because he does not produce ...

The fact that there are Kenwood sites with Kenwood bread makers, I know. But what's the use of proving something to them if they don't take HP for repairs ...
fugaska
most likely, the service center that your husband went to specializes in audio and video equipment, but they could not agree on the kitchen
I have come across sellers more than once who, to put it mildly, "floated in the subject" I think that you attacked exactly this option
it came to ridiculous! for example, when I wanted to buy certain batteries, but they answered me that there were no such batteries and never had, I could not prove that I constantly buy them and that the music center only works on them for the longest time! about the knowledge of computer technology, I just keep quiet - sooooo many sellers have a hard time understanding what they are selling
this in no way applies to everyone !!! there are simply such "instances", unfortunately.
so call a couple more service centers first, and then shout SOS!
Hairpin
It's good that I didn't go, but called!
And now we will take it to M-Video, so the problem is not big, it just turned out somehow ... cool!
sazalexter
Hairpin Great thing about the internet! And especially search in Google or Yandex

Here is the answer who produces where and how it repairs.
Good luck with everything!

For service and warranty maintenance of KENWOOD products, please contact the stores where it was purchased or authorized service centers. from links.
So this authorized service center (on Alabyan) refused to recognize the release of HP by Kenwood.
Yes, we will manage M-Video (there are a bunch of them), it's just wonderful ...
Hairpin
Oh, here's another thing I forgot to say. My husband was told on the phone that only Lji and Panasonic produce bread bakers! AND EVERYTHING !!!

Fine! Fugasca was right. I had completely different addresses. And these ... are not our area. That means it's easier in M-Video.

It looks like they were handed over for repair under warranty. They said to call back in 8 days. Now I am tormented about the bucket. It definitely needs to be changed, it is painfully deformed, but ...
1. If I order a bucket now, and the HP is returned as broken out of warranty, then why do I need a new bucket?
2. HP will be repaired in a couple of months, and I will order a bucket after that, but it is not available, and I will wait for it for another three months (by analogy with MV pots)
3. HP will be repaired, and I will have two HP ... And now I have a pressure cooker in place of HP.

That's for sure, if a person has no problems, he will come up with them out of the blue!

I started to read about spare buckets.
aynat
HairpinAnd Kenwood will not have HP, but a jam maker, for example ...
Hairpin
Read my thoughts! Panasonic does not seem to have a downtime-heating in cooking jam, so I saw complaints that sugar is scratching the bucket. Ours does not have such troubles. My bucket is battered, but inside - not a scratch (this is taking into account the amount of cooked jam).
Hairpin
We called the service. We were told that the bread maker is ready, we can pick it up. And that we can order a new bucket at 1 Varshavsky passage. Delivery time 2-3 weeks. We sit distracted. To be so easy to take for repair ...and then they also repaired it ... Well, what nerves does capitalism need for entu ... Now, if they were sent from the service, like they are to blame, but bring a certificate, but assure me ... It would be usual, but here
Hairpin
Aunath!
I have so many kitchen appliances! I harnessed the airfryer, the marinator, etc. And something recently pulled me into the oven ... That is, there was something to do. I'm also going to cook the jam in the airfryer. He does not mix, I wonder what happens.
In general, when I look at my kitchen, I think that a working woman simply cannot use all this ...
By the way, it was not the lack of a bread maker that irritated me more, but the lack of a jam maker! That jam is catastrophically lacking !!!

A tried and tested recipe for wheat-rye bread with aromatic herbs and cheese:
Recently, we have worked out a recipe for wheat-rye bread, light and fragrant.
So let's go:
kefir 150, water 110, it is possible in other combinations ... (today they did it differently - 170 live beer, 90 kefir) ml,
vegetable oil (with a smell) - 2 tablespoons,
sugar - 1 tablespoon
salt (put fragrant with spices) - 1.5 tsp,
flour - premium wheat (from Sanzo Panza) - 250 g,
rye 110 g,
cheese (suluguni, but any other is possible) 40-60 g (weighed out of curiosity, but it is possible by eye),
French mustard from a jar (with seeds) - 1 tablespoon,
dry herbs (kits sold in very many stores, I used a spring kit, but you can work with a mixture of carrots with onions and other combinations) - 1-2 tbsp. spoons by eye,
a mixture of peppers 0.5-1 tsp,
yeast (pakmaya) - 1.5 tsp.
Control of the kolobok in order to understand if everything is in order, since the grass is by eye. Well, 1-2 teaspoons of flour for adjusting, but that depends on what kind of flour you're working with ....
That's all for a 700 g bun (or so).
Rye bread mode (program 3 for me)

Good luck.

I took my HP from the repair, but my husband said that my bucket was leaking. We called the service and asked if it was possible to buy a spare. They said that it is possible, the delivery time is 2-3 weeks, and the price can be found out by driving up to the First Warsaw.
My husband went today. Delivery time is three months, price - 1500 rubles. I decided not to take it. Not even because of the term, but because of the money. Now I'll pay for 1500, then the stove can be covered again ... There will be a vicious circle. Now I will carry the bucket to the metal repair at the Koptevsky market. What will I tell them ... I don't know yet ...
That's it!
BAKERY, TAKE CARE OF YOUR BUCKETS! THEY ARE THE SAME TRABLES WITH THEM AND THE BUCKETS FOR THE MULTI-COOKER!
sazalexter
Hairpin It seems to me that you took it to metal repair in vain, when repairing a bucket you need "straight handles" and experience, or knowledge taken from this forum. In my opinion, the bucket from Moulinex was repaired with a detailed description https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&board=61.0
specifics https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8776.0
and there is also a guru kvantil gives very correct advice!
Hairpin
I didn't hand it over for repair, because they didn't take it. They said that everything is cast, if taken apart, it can flow even more.
I won't even try on my own. Well, my husband will spend half a day picking with this bucket, but it really will flow even more. So it turns out that he ruined everything ... He will be upset because of the bucket, I will be upset because he was upset ... Do you need it?
I decided so. When the next time the stove is closed, I will try to hand it over myself with a bucket, simply on the grounds that the warranty applies to the bucket too. Let them change it themselves! FREE! Although I am not at all sure about the success of this operation ...
Rita
Hairpin
If you took the stove for repair with a normal bucket, but received it with a leaking one, then you need to carry the stove to the repair again, and demand either the elimination of the defect or the replacement of the bucket.
Hairpin
Rita
I took a broken stove with a leaking bucket for repair under warranty. They did not take the bucket (and I didn’t complain about it). I understand that they do not repair buckets. That is, the warranty does not apply to it ...
Qween
Hairpin , the warranty covers the bucket !!!!!!!
Hairpin
It remains only to break the stove a second time and prove about the bucket in the service ...

Yesterday I tried to bake bread for the first time. Before that, I only kneaded the dough. Forty minutes after putting on the Baking, a burning smell appeared. I opened the bread maker, and there ... the smoke just poured! Maybe I dripped something on the shadows ... This has never happened before ...

In short, everything is bad.
poiuytrewq
When they were repaired, something could get on the heating elements ... It will burn out and stop.
It happens to me too, flour gets on them, for example, and when baking, this awful burning smell appears ... which really quickly disappears.

My advice - just turn on the "Baking" mode so that the heating elements start to heat up, and leave the lid open. I think a couple of minutes will be enough for everything to burn out on the heating elements.
Hairpin
The bread maker, which was handed over for repairs for the second time on June 10 (the second time - with a bucket) and the one used since October last year, the plant recognized as defective. Now I called the service, they said that they were preparing an act according to which I could exchange or return money. Now I sit and wonder if I can find a check.
I did not expect such a turnover ...
aynat
Class, there is a check and you will have 2 stoves!
Hairpin
I tell you further. The service gave my husband a piece of paper. The bread maker was not given. The piece of paper says "Thermistor failure. Since the delivery time of the part exceeds the maximum term under the Consumer Rights Law ..." Well, I wrote it in my own words. I don't remember the end.
Then my husband went with this piece of paper to the store where we took it. They took a two-day timeout, because they had no returns from Kenwood yet. And a day later they called him and said that he could drive up at any time convenient for him for compensation. He drove up and they returned him 3730. They asked about the check, but ... they said that there was no trial and there was no trial. Tea has passed for almost a year.

I'm new on the forum. This is my first post. Recently I became the proud owner of kenwood VM 210. I bought it for 2990. Perhaps I would have chosen another model, but I was counting on this amount somewhere on the budget, other stoves were much more expensive. My first bread turned out - let's say not very much - very heavy, the second too. The third made it sweet - I did not like it, although I followed the recipe. Then I decided to change the recipes, put less flour, and lo and behold, my bread is as it should be. Baked on 1 program. This morning I put all the ingredients on my eye, made bread with zucchini and put on 3 programs. And this is my best bread! High, level, even the roof is not torn, but delicious .....! Such a miracle !!!! My bread maker is the best !!!
robber
pros
- price (cheap)
- design - neat, takes up little space
- you get delicious bread and muffins - if you study the entire site of the bread maker and spoil a few kilograms of flour

Minuses
- instruction 2 pages - nothing is clear - you have to sit on the website of the bread maker to study all the wisdom
- after the end of the program, you cannot start another program DIRECTLY. If the cake is not baked, then again do not put on the baking, you must first let the oven cool down, and then just turn it on.
aynat
Ah-ah-ah-ah, my assistant broke down, I sit and cry ... she was exactly 1.5 years old. In our big Kenwood village, no one to fix He does not want to watch, only in the MVideo service they agreed to look. Verdict: the transmission shaft collapsed. Repair ~ 1/2 the cost of the stove itself + wait for 2 months whether the unit will be sent - they change it entirely (the repairmen themselves have never seen such a thing, it would be better if they say the motor would have burned out, they can be supplied from another stove, but here only a branded one) And what will fall on next is unknown. In short, the game is not worth the candle ...

A year or two warranty?

Year ...

Hello everyone!
My stove is already 2.5 years old. I only bake bread almost every day.
And just recently a strange knock appeared during kneading. There is a knock only when there is a load, i.e. dough.
Someone disassembled the stove. Nowhere can I find a special key to remove the bottom cover. I suspect that the drive toothed belt has worn out, and it slips, of course, if it is there
Someone tell me what could be wrong?
akriska
Good day! I have a very serious nasty problem with my x / n.It's not even that the top falls off and not baked bread comes out, but that the bread maker turns off during operation. It will run for 5-60 minutes (always in different ways) and the timer and the mode are reset to the very beginning, as if the x / p had just been turned on (the display shows the standard mode, the time is 3.00). Please tell me what can be done with this, from what it happens. Could this be due to the high power of the bread maker or something else? Thank you very much in advance. I no longer know how to deal with this disaster. And I chose different modes, and just set the dough, and changed the weight - it's still the same. Help ... = (

Good day! I have a very serious annoying problem ....
Well, for sure it's a problem with the brain, this is not treated at home. If the stove is new, then return it to the store, let them carry out an examination, and give it a new one, that is, a factory defect. In isolated cases, this happens if the electricity is cut off for more than 15 minutes.

Z. Y. I turned my stove, but I just can't remove the bottom. The belt is there, so most likely it is he who is to blame for the knocking. While it is necessary to bake only during the day If you put it at night - the roar is for the whole apartment and it is not possible to sleep

Your problem is very similar to mine. After she started knocking, she worked for another 1.5-2 months, and stopped rotating the blade shaft.
