Wheat flour 480 g
Buckwheat flakes "Bystrov" 30 g
Milk buckwheat porridge for children 20 g
Powdered milk 1 tbsp. l.
Sugar 1.5 tbsp l.
Salt 1.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. l.
Kefir starter culture 120 ml
Water up to 400 ml (with starter culture)

Basic mode, size L, light crust.
