Hello everybody! recently became the owner of this multi. Cooking hodgepodge on mulitpovare and stewing, wonderful.
I don't like cooking rice and pilaf (we haven't got used to it yet). The pilaf program is by default an hour. I made two cartoon glasses of rice - after 30 minutes all the water evaporated and the bottom was well cooked. The situation is similar with cooking rice. The pilaf and rice programs are not sensory (who cares), but by time (you choose the amount of water and time yourself)

Hello. I bought it just a couple of days ago, during this time I cooked only scrambled eggs, vegetable stew (stewing) and now I'm baking a pie. There were no complaints about the first two dishes, with baked goods so far, too, like norms, I am afraid to cook rice.
About the little things that can already be identified in such a short time.
Pros:
- my lid opens with a click, although they often complain about the opposite. But, oddly enough, it rather annoys me, because immediately my careless hands are doused with steam.
- brisk sensor, control is convenient and simple - just remember that the start and stop buttons must be slightly clamped.
- level design, convenience of little things: a spoon holder, a spatula, a deep fryer - all this is a plus.
- cooks confidently so far.
Minuses:
- didn’t find anything about replacement pans - bad sign.
- smell. The smell of filthy plastic. It seems to dissolve, but the smell of "every previous dish" has replaced it, nothing helps - the gum absorbs these smells too much. BUT this does not affect the taste of the dish.
- condensation - really splashes over the multicooker. By the way, I have a very tight drip tray - I managed to pull it out only from the 3rd time.
- frankly cheap plastic. Sorry, but it's true.
- frankly indifferent to the quality of parts. Have you seen the beautiful dusting on the outside of the saucepan? Nice, but here they also poured it into my bowl. She erased the speck with her nails, but the sediment, as they say, remained.
- there are suspicions that the cover is not tight enough. I sit and think if such a large gap is normal (maybe, by the way, it should be).

In general, nothing terrible and nothing special. The multicooker market is completely captured by the Chinese in Euro-American skins, so I think there is not much difference in buying.

Let's see what will happen next.

The smell of filthy plastic.
It should fade over time. If it does not pass after a week - hand it back - kitchen appliances should not have a smell!

Quote: kardon
nothing helps - the gum absorbs these odors too much
Try washing it with soap and water several times. You can grease the gasket itself with lemon. You can boil lemon in water for 15 minutes. Keep the lid always open.

Quote: kardon
the cover is not tight enough
All multicooker has a gap between the body and the lid of approx. 2-3mm.

Quote: kardon
there is not much difference in the purchase, I think not
There is a difference. Not all multicooker stinks like that and is made of "frankly cheap plastic".
kardon
About the smell - well, I hope.
As for the gum - it is washed more than once (that is, in general, EVERYTHING is washed that does not wash - it is wiped with vinegar), smeared with vinegar - if only henna, the gum imagined itself as silica gel.
About the gap - well, thanks, you reassured me.
There is a difference. Not all multicooker stinks like that and is made of "frankly cheap plastic".
- maybe, but there are most of them, or I'm incredibly lucky to meet multicooker from different companies with suspiciously the same problems of assembly and quality of materials.

By the way, baking according to the recipe book failed - the top was not baked. The first pancake after all.
Manna

yes, the market is full of the same "cheap"

Tell us how you cooked it (ingredients, proportions, baking time). Maybe we can help for the future
kardon
As for baking, I think I screwed up myself - I replaced the blueberries with squeezed cherries, but it seems to me that there was still much more liquid than the recipe suggested.
In general, here is the recipe (yes, I'm too lazy to type):
Multicooker Endever SkyLine MC-98
But what happened, taking into account the replacement of blueberries with cherries and turning the pie over (since the top is not baked):
Multicooker Endever SkyLine MC-98
Multicooker Endever SkyLine MC-98
Manna
Did you bake strictly according to the recipe? In the sense of 2 stkn flour? The cupcake should be much higher. There are two options here - either the dough is too wet or the eggs are beaten. And there is not much liquid in the recipe (provided that the berries are dried).
kardon
Everything was measured according to the recipe, flour - a little less than two glasses, well, really, except that the eggs could fail. Or berries. My mother-in-law once cooked a similar pie in Redmond MC-4525 - it came out with a hat and baked. I think we still need to adjust.
Now the main thing is that the device works properly and does not fall apart.
By the way, the recipe book is really thick, but overly sophisticated and the layout is pretty cheap. However, this is almost always the case.
But what I'm interested in is someone in this cooked rice and pilaf in a slow cooker? Just after reading the reviews, I want to know if there are proven recipes for success in this field.
Anyutok
I ordered a beauty on Biglion for 2490 rubles (though, so that the delivery was free, my daughter had to order shoes). I'm waiting, he'll come in a week. I already have 2 multi-Ark (pressure cooker) and Polaris 0510 (not a very successful model, so I decided to buy another one, but I'll think of something with this one)
PTV
Hello.
I bought a multicooker of this model in April 2014. I want to say that I chose for a long time and doubted, reviewed a bunch of reviews about different models in different price ranges. I wanted to have, like everyone else, with the greatest set of functions for little money, since the multicooker was the first and did not want to be disappointed by giving a lot of money.
During this period, I cannot say that the multicooker has become an indispensable assistant in the kitchen, but I cannot call it a completely useless acquisition.
Since I did not use other models, there is nothing to compare the quality of plastic and saucepans with. I love the design - not just a round saucepan with a lid, it looks very modern. During the operation, nothing broke. I cook in it 4-5 times a week. I could smell the plastic when buying, I didn't do anything on purpose, I just washed the saucepan and lid, wiped everything with a damp cloth. I have never used the cleaning function, since there were no cases of "tightly" burning of food.
Love the ceramic coating of the saucepan. It seems to me more reliable than non-stick Teflon type.
I also did not immediately adapt to the sensor from habit, but now there are no special problems. The only thing is that my assistant also sometimes refuses to respond to the stop button (I have to cool my finger).
The lid does not pop, I think it is good so as not to burn yourself with the steam.
The water drips from the drip tray, but never gets on the heating element.
Of course I don't cook everything in it. It's easier for me to cook soups on the stove, like everything else that is simply cooked in water - potatoes, pasta.
But now I don't even try to make meat dishes like goulash in a pan, the multicooker does much better.
The biscuit in the oven has never been so even, now I bake cakes for my son almost every week.
I haven't tried baking bread yet.
I liked the meat like boiled pork - I cooked it in a sleeve for baking.
Stewed chicken (at first I fry a little) turns out well.
On the program "pilaf" and according to the recipe from the recipe book, pilaf did not work. I think that the temperature and cooking time are very high.
It is necessary to adapt to cooking pilaf in this slow cooker. I cook in the multi-cook mode almost the same way as on the stove - first I fry the meat, onions, carrots on the "frying", and then I cook the rice on the "multi-cook" for 10 minutes first.at a temperature of 100 degrees, and then 30 minutes at a temperature of 80 degrees, and I add not 2 times more water than the volume of rice, but less, and still the perfect pilaf has never turned out yet. I've already tried different rice, and I'm experimenting with programs, as you can see, but so far in search.
I also cook milk porridge (oatmeal) in a multi-cooker at a temperature of 100 degrees for 10 minutes, and for another 20 minutes it just comes to the "heating"
The porridge did not boil on the oatmeal program.
In general, a multi-cook is a very useful thing, from the provided programs I use only "hot", "stewing", "baking" and "yogurt". But I have not tried everything in it yet, so there is a hope that I will also use the rest of the programs. I like what the instructions say, what temperature and time correspond to what program, you can navigate what you can cook on them.
By the way, I now make Yoghurt myself every week.
So, as multicooker is sometimes advertised - I put the food all at once, pressed the button, and after a while I got the finished dish, I can't.
I was disappointed with the "Fry" function, even if there was a deep frying mesh in the kit, the fries did not work out. I understood that I had to either fry in very small portions, although the grid does not fit much, or pour a lot of oil - I cooked according to a recipe from a book and poured 1 liter. The oil cools down when the product is immersed and the resulting potatoes are not crispy at all, boiled and fatty.
Even on the "frying" program, the timer does not start running immediately, but after 5-10 minutes after switching on, obviously after reaching a certain temperature, this is not observed with other programs. the instructions do not say anything about this.
Almost the essay turned out
In general, I like everything, I am not disappointed, I don’t mind the money invested in the saucepan.
There would be additional stainless steel pots, I would gladly buy more.
There will be questions about the experience of use, ask what I can - I will help.
Good luck to all.

what a beautiful girl! I ordered such a model for my mother, I’m waiting for when I come to myself I want the same but there is Polaris 0517 and yesterday the Unit pressure cooker arrived, but I had my eyes on Endever, I’ll try to take it from my mother for a few days, if I like everything, I will definitely order myself Some kind of multicooker shiz, who creeps out once a year "oh, a new model, you must definitely get 1 more assistant to the kitchen!"
Above all praise! and I have the same shiz

There is a lot about this technology on this forum ... HERE .. HERE. .. The forum has a lot of recipes for Su Vid in different multicooker and a suvidnice from Shteba. Read more ...
Unfortunately, not in one place, scattered. It's hard to search and read like that. Therefore, wherever we come across - there we learn.

Hello everybody! My shiza did not give me peace, I am now the owner of a black endever. The smell was only on the first day. I bought it because of the multi-cook, since I already have 3, one of them with the function of a Mulinex pressure cooker. I liked the pan, the sensor too. Plastics are common for this money. I bought it for 2999. I made deep-fried potatoes. It is better to make it fresh, not ice cream, as written. Washed, dried, cooked in a multibove at 160 gr. It turned out to be crispy, but the ice cream was soft. so what can you do. But the deep-fried program for 8 minutes is not clear to me, even the oil will not warm up, as the time starts immediately. I cooked more meatballs on stewing and used frying. That's all for now. SATISFIED.

Good day to all!
I am a fan of multicooker, they make my life easier. for two years I had a dex 60, I love him very much and he never let me down. we moved to another country and live in a hostel, he stayed at home. I mean that there is nothing to cook with, but at home it is spoiled by a stove, a cartoon, a bread machine, a separate oven, etc.the first thing we went to buy was a multicooker. I looked in the Internet shops, so they chilled the centers and something is not right. I always compared the set of functions with the dex, and I was looking for the same price category - up to 1000 UAH or 3000r. in principle can be found with promotions and discounts and up to 2000r. they did not find anything, spat and went to the nearest one to buy something, there is something delicious))) basically did not want to take Redmond and the company, so as not to overpay for the brand. As a result, I came across this one, the functions of the sea, the design is super, because it is black and not a pan, well, and a multi-cook. bought.
first, I will list the cons, again, whether this is the first cartoon, probably they were either not there or less, but the dex is still better for me.
1. the lack of a processor, that is, rice, pilaf, buckwheat on dex was turned off not in time, but when ready! - all the water boiled away and did not burn. and then I read the reviews and it is already scary to cook))) below I will write a recipe for pilaf in it as I cook, and the first time it turned out gorgeous.
2. lack of hours. my dex served like a clock and it was easier to calculate the delay, just to indicate that the porridge should be ready by 6-00, but here it is necessary to count.
3. Since there is no clock and does not go into sleep mode, the blinking is annoying, there is not enough off button
4. Buttons often do not respond, but it doesn't matter.

like all the cons. By the way, the build is good, it doesn't stink. white cord can be replaced with che
nny.

pros.
1. seemed to be a sturdy saucepan.
2. Handles on a saucepan, very convenient to take out.
3. drip tray. part of course still flows around the edges, but not scary.
4. removable and you can wash all the parts from the lid, this is very important, when, for example, after the fish, you need to bake a pie to wash and remove odors.
5. design! just a beatiful woman!
6. multitasking, but there is too much. multi-cook
7. complete set, it is good that there is a deep-fat grid and a colorful recipe book.
Grungygirl
I'll write what I cooked, what recipes I used from the book and in general.

I'll start with pilaf. I read and understood that I will not take risks and cook it according to the recipe and for the function of pilaf. in dex it is easier, I left everything, fried it, then added water, rice, spices and rice to the function, and regardless of the proportions, there will be a class. I cooked rice on the stove like this - the ratio is 2: 1, I wait for the water to boil, I throw in the rice, stir it, reduce the gas to a minimum, close the lid and cook for 13-15 minutes, do not look at it. then I turn it off and for the same amount of time the saucepan is just closed, the rice comes out. so I decided to experiment with this cartoon right away. fried carrots, onions, meat. then poured 2 cups of washed rice, added 4 cups of water, i.e. 2: 1, added salt, spices and turned on the paste mode. what it is good for, so that it beeps when it boils. squeaked, I turned it off and immediately for a multi-cook 90 degrees and 20 minutes. then heating 20. came out super! loose rice, everything is ready and delicious. at first I thought not to take a multi-cook, but either milk porridge, or stewing, but I have not yet looked for a splicing there, the temperature rises or not.
Since she is alone, in the morning she prepares milk porridge. I mainly pour milk and water, salt, sugar and rice or oatmeal on the program milk porridge, if rice, then for an hour, if oatmeal, then for 30 minutes. if I make semolina, then I turn on the pier mode. porridge with an open lid and when I see that it’s warmed up I pour semolina and stir until cooked, how many minutes it takes I don’t know, I didn’t notice.
great fries potatoes! and scrambled eggs!
all dishes come out excellently on languor.
I didn't understand the compote. in the instructions to make it on the soup mode and there is little time, but it is raw, so I still don’t know how best.
the baked goods turned out immediately. I cooked an ordinary sponge cake not according to the recipe, kefir pie with apples and kefir pie with unsweetened filling. everywhere I added time, that is, according to the recipe, 45 minutes, which means that an hour, if an hour, set it for an hour twenty, well, out of habit it is on heating for 20 minutes. once the truth had to be turned over and baked
Grungygirl
Since there is nothing else, she cooks everything. I cook pasta in it, it is convenient for the pasta function, because of the signal. boils and heats up quickly. I cook soups, but for now stewing. I do not heat up on heating, because for a long time, but on pasta. I haven't tried many functions yet. fries did not work.I don’t understand potatoes, well, in varieties, I don’t know which is better for cooking, which is solid, where there is a lot of starch, etc. I’d find it to work out for sure. otherwise the son loves, but it is cheaper to fry at home, but so far everything does not work out. I will try yogurt soon, am I thinking of buying jars separately or not?
Allika
And I have a multicooker Endever skyline MC - 87,88,89 ...... The porridges run away, the manna is high and baked. Pilaf is awesome. There is also a yogurt function. You can cook it directly in the bowl, but I like it more in jars ...

My sister bought this model. I liked the look, 19 programs, multi-cook. The first dish was pilaf. And what do you think ? Burnt out! I did everything according to the recipe. Then she made a casserole - great. Fried potatoes are great. The soup on the program the soup was damp, I added 15 minutes and it worked out well. For the sister, the second courses at the delayed start are very important, since the husband needs to be given a thermos of hot food to work in the morning. She decided to try pilaf again, and it burned out again. The temperature table says that the pilaf is 125 gr. Should turn itself off. In general, it turns off when there is a black crust below. Who has the same model, tell you the same on PLOV? What is this program for then?
Sergey_A
It turns out fine.
Alternatively: 1. reduce the time and cook in the MPovar. 2.Add water
PS: may depend on the amount of ingredients.
Natalie266
Sergey_A, so it should shut down or not? If not, then how much time to put for a small portion of 1 multi-glass of rice?
Sergey_A
She will shut down. By program. Watch, try, notice, remember ... It's just that. And not because the MS-98 is bad. Mine cooks according to the established mode. Get used to each other, study.

Vivian, I want to buy m / v Endever 98, although there is Polaris 517 in stock. Please tell me how they differ from each other, although they are similar in functionality and programs, or in nothing, except for appearance? I don’t know whether to buy Endever if there is a similar cartoon? I do not want to spend money on an analogue.
velli
annykashu, I also bought a little white one. contrary to the advice of her husband and son, and was absolutely right! She is just a beauty, black loses to her, and all multicooker and pressure cooker are black. I wanted something light. Actress but she is also smart! I tried to cook buckwheat porridge on a delay and was surprised that there was no need to calculate the time after which the multicooker would start working in a given mode. You just set the time by which the porridge should already be cooked and that's it! Pleased! Awesome borscht, delicious soup, rice milk porridge. Fries didn't: there was no time to prepare the potatoes for frying. She stewed pork in pieces after passing it 2 times through a marinator in a mustard-barbecue marinade with onions and spices. The meat is very tasty and aromatic. I would like to try the Pork shank simmering mode and the Baking mode, although I don't like baking in the cartoon: either the oven or the Princess pizza maker. What did you cook? Share. The book of 333 recipes is just a godsend for the hostess.
Anyutok
Well, soon 2 years of my slow cooker. I must say that I use it relatively rarely, compared to a pressure cooker. I often use it when I need to go somewhere. I threw it in and left. Arrived, everything is ready. I cook meat in a pressure cooker, and a side dish (buckwheat, potatoes, rice) in Endever. How to use a double boiler. She never made friends with milk porridge. I rarely cook in a pressure cooker. I sometimes bake cheesecake in it. We rarely cook soups either. But children prefer borscht from a pressure cooker. In principle, everything suits me. The bowl began to burn a little. The sensor, however, also sometimes buggy. Something like this.
lira3003
And I have one. I also use it for almost 2 years. I bought 2 cups because the old children scratched them. I don't cook milk, a lot for me. I will not say that it is bad, for its price, a normal cartoon. Bread and biscuits bake great. Compotes and soups. Multi-cook ham, raising 10 ° every hour. Everything suits me
Anyutok
lira3003, suits me too. They do not seek from goodness.I'm more interested in trying new kitchen devices than looking for a multicooker ideal. Before this multi, I didn't have Polaris 0510 for long, so I didn't make friends with her at all. Until last week it was gathering dust in my basement. I even tried to sell it, nobody took it. And then she shook off her husband on a business trip, let them use it.
velli
Girls, please tell me, do you pull out the drip tray freely or with difficulty? I cooked otsily in it 2-3 times and put it in the far corner of the cabinet, since I bought an Oyrsson 5002 multicooker pressure cooker. I cook basically everything in it. I got it to cook Devender 97 ham on a multiboil. There was no water in the drip tray, but I decided to take it out and reinsert it. The first time I did not succeed, I had to suffer a little. It was extremely unpleasant and surprising for me. There was no such thing in any multicooker (I have 4 of them) Everywhere the drip tray can be removed and inserted easily. Here I was just all exhausted pulling out this crap! I probably removed it for a long time!
lira3003
valentine, I also pull out with difficulty. I take off only when it is full
velli
RitaThank you for your feedback! I really thought that I got a defective one. Well, now you will have to use it more often, more often it can take out-insert it over time and will rub in somehow and it will be easier to take it out.
lira3003
valentine, I have one of the big ones. The other 3 babies. Therefore, I use it constantly, I bought 2 additional cups for it. I only get biscuits in it
MONK-RUS
Tell Endever MC-98M the difference from Endever MC-98 with the increased number of programs to 21 and that's it?
or there are some minor fixes.
velli
RitaAnd I rarely bake in multicooker, mainly in a mini oven, pies and muffins and muffins in the DeLonghi multi-body. I have never baked in Endevere. 2-3 times baked in Polaris-517 jellied pies with green onions, eggs, saury, and charlotte with apples. In Endeveri I really liked the "delayed start" no need to calculate the time, you just set the time for which the dish should be ready and that's it. Not every multicooker has this functionality!

Tell Endever MC-98M the difference from Endever MC-98
It seems to me that the cartoon is now talking to M, and I don't know if this feature can be turned off.
valentine, I have neither polaris nor delongue. I bake the simplest biscuit, it suits us. The main thing is 1. beat the eggs well. 2. do not open the lid for about 3 hours so as not to sit down. I bake overnight, leave until morning and decorate in the morning. One minus, it's a wet patch, under the valve, but I'm not critical. I didn't find any pictures, there is only bread that I baked until I bought HP.
Multicooker Endever SkyLine MC-98... For her money, she's a great option. If anything happens to her, and she has almost 3 years of daily use. .... I have 3 replacement options. Again the same, Orson5015 or dd2 shteba for 6L. Everything will depend on the availability of funds remaining after the renovation of the apartment
velli
Rita, Rituel, bread is just a miracle! Tall, handsome and probably delicious! Throw in a personal recipe if you can of course. I wanted to buy Ourson 5015 a month ago, but somehow I cooled down a bit looking at her more closely. First, some kind of dark display with small print. Secondly, the price is very biting. And thirdly: reading reviews and comments, she cooks the same rice porridge much longer (40 minutes), compared to my 5002 (10 minutes). I thought, thought and decided I don't need it! But Shteba is cool! Prepares quickly and tasty. I have Dd1 for 5 liters. When I bought Oursonchik 5002 and began to cook only in it, she pushed Steba aside for now. In Orsyusha, I like how she herself relieves pressure before the end of the program, beeps and switches to heating. Everything happens very quickly, not like in Shtebe. There you will be tormented by waiting for the lid to unlock and you can open the pressure cooker.
lira3003
valentine, I would have thrown the recipe, but I don't have it. I used to feel everything, knead, without weighing anything .... I began to bake bread according to recipes only when I bought HP. Here I weigh everything, measure it. And before I did not bother, as my mother showed, she baked. I think you can bake any bread recipe from our forum, just watch so that you don't run away on the rise. Therefore, I bake in HP, without problems. Now, if in a multicooker and bake, then only in a small one.
Valyushathanks for the pressure cooker report. I don't really need them .... it turns out. especially since they have a price tag.
I just begged the hob from my husband, otherwise he didn’t want it in the new kitchen at all.
Therefore, while I do not plan any cartoon, otherwise it will definitely leave without a cooking
I have not seen any questions about pilaf. I will say this, I do not know how this program works. Simply, I cook pilaf only in a cauldron. I somehow cooked rice for a side dish, but we have a lot of it, we also cook now only in kids.
In general, this cartoon suits me completely.
