Cupcake Simple (without eggs) in a multicooker Kromax MC-31

Ingredients

Wheat flour 220 ml
Serum 1 mst (160 ml)
Sugar 100 ml
Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. l.
Soda 1/4 tsp

Cooking method

  • Cupcake lives up to its name - it is very simple to prepare.
  • Mix all ingredients (except soda) with a mixer, blender or by hand. Add baking soda before baking, stirring the dough by hand.
  • I greased the bowl with vegetable oil. Transferred the dough.
  • Turned on the Baking mode.
  • And after 0.9 hours (the time is set by the program - it cannot be changed, if it were possible, then I would slightly reduce the time - the bottom is a little more rosy than it should be ... but I’m already finding fault) it turned out to be an excellent cupcake.

Chef
I would like to give up whey somehow - and you get a completely lean cake
Manna
Baker, whey can be replaced with acidic juice (apple, orange, currant (it is better to dilute), grape, etc.). I laid out the orange cake in the recipes section for the Brand 6060 smokehouse.
Oca
Cool cupcake, thanks! Sometimes I bake something like this in order to utilize milk or whey, as well as juices - it turns out more aromatic with them.
KatRin
Can you try it in the oven?
Manna
Mashun, Thank you! I constantly bake such cupcakes with all sorts of additions. This is, so to speak, a basic recipe.

KatRin, of course, you can also bake in the oven. But personally, I haven't tried it - I don't have an oven, so I can't tell you in time.
Ma_LiNka
Thanks for the recipe!
I just didn't know where to attach the serum)
I made the third portion, adding banana and candied fruits, baked in the oven in 2 tins for 60 minutes. (the cartoon was busy).
Everything turned out wonderful)
Manna
Ma_LiNka, I am very glad that you liked the cupcake
I add almost all the whey to baked goods (muffins, waffles, pancakes, etc.)
KatRin
Can you make it with milk? And citric acid for sourness?
Manna
Of course, it is possible in milk Sourness is needed so that the soda reacts
Alena27
And if in milk, what about the soda, or can you put baking powder instead of soda?

So, I’m saying that acid is needed. This is either lemon juice, citric acid, orange juice or some other sour juice a couple of tablespoons. Or use baking powder instead of soda (there is already citric acid there).

Well yes. But you can also make it lean. I already wrote earlier how
Manna
I often said that I collect cakes from such cupcakes, but I never brought them here.
One still brought ...

Milk cake with lemon juice. Three cakes.
The impregnation is freshly squeezed sweetened orange juice.
Curd cream with raspberry juice.

Unfortunately, the photo of the section has not survived

Manna, today I baked this muffin once again in a little Redik, as I already did, on kefir and added raisins. Delicious! And the main thing is simple - it couldn't be easier!
Thank you, Mannochka, per recipe!
Manna
Oh, Check mark, I'm so glad that you liked the cupcake Yes, really, it couldn't be easier
Grungygirl
good day. interested in the recipe. please tell me exactly ml, not gram? otherwise I measured in milliliters in a measuring glass and somehow my cake did not rise at all.
Manna
Yes, milliliters. But perhaps your flour is damp. The dough should not be runny. Or the soda didn't work as it should. You can try adding another 1 / 4h. l. soda. Did you bake it with whey?
Galleon-6
Grungygirl
rather, the flour is wet, the dough came out a little thin. but the cake is still delicious! the son named puziblinchik (from m / f Teletubbies).
we will try tomorrow!
Thank you!
Ulyala
and where is it better to bake in the staff or in Panasonic (at 10)
Manna
Olya, this is how you like it. Yes, and looking like a stove in the staff. I have neither one nor the other. But they say that baking is the best in Panasonic.
Ulyala
It didn’t work in Panasonic, probably the soda didn’t work (((I also added cocoa, could it not rise because of it?
Manna
Olya, and what does it mean it did not work out? Didn't get up? What kind of cocoa was added? Soda can be 1/3 tsp. put. Or replace it with baking powder.
Ulyala
Yes, almost did not get up. I did it in Panasonic 10. I thought it would be higher, but did not rise. Plain dry cocoa, about two tablespoons.
Manna
Olya, next time you can slightly increase the soda, it is better to take the whey more acidic and watch so that the dough is not too liquid.
SvetLanaSSh
Manna, and in small Redic 01, did you halve the amount of ingredients?
Manna
Svetlana, no, no need to half, it will fit entirely.

son named puziblinchik
I also got a puziblinchik. But, to be honest, I somehow didn't hope for success from the very beginning. Suspicious composition, what should the soda raise there?
Well, I cut the pancake into small pieces, dipped it in a cream of sour cream and sugar, and it turned out to be a la Sancho.
