Marina, thanks for the recipe! Even the photo shows how delicate the consistency is. And how does a golden brown crust turn out if steamed?

GalinkaThanks for your interest in the recipe!

The crust looks rosy because I put onion fried in butter on top of the pudding, and also sprinkled with herb breadcrumbs.

Yeah, of course, that's exactly what I'm going to do.

Gal, well, you can, of course, bake in the oven later, if you really need a crust!
The fried onion was enough for me. And then I love sauces, and with them, that there is a crust, that there is not - everything is the same (I teach myself to eat everything not fried).

No, well, why in the oven? These are unnecessary body movements. I am an advocate that the simpler the better. Yes, it seems to me that there is more benefit from the simplest dishes. Nooo, in my opinion fried onions are enough here. Today I will try to do it. Thanks again for the recipe!

Thank you, Tanyush!
Recently, the steamer has not been deservedly forgotten, so I sometimes try to "portray" something in it, so as not to be offended.
