It's good that for safety net I poured on tsp. more, because I also have him for four years for sure. I made soufflé from cottage cheese + milk + raspberry juice, cottage cheese gave half more for volume. Again it seemed thickly diluted with yogurt Mixed with agar. Everything froze perfectly. I poured cake jelly + raspberry juice on top. I laid out the middle with frozen raspberries. It was beautiful and tasty))) Great recipe !!!

Today I cooked according to your recipe. I did not find any mention of corn starch in the preparation method. And in the ingredients for the biscuit it appears. In the end, I didn't add it. I would like to know how critical it is that I did not add it, with starch the dough is higher? I made soufflé according to the second method. The mass turned out not thick, similar to crumbly cottage cheese, diluted with yogurt and well mixed. I had to put it on a biscuit with a spoon and level it.
The melted strawberry does not look very appetizing after defrosting, I decided not to decorate the cake with it. I will decorate with other berries.
I hope my family will like the cake, otherwise it will be a shame.
