Now about the rotation of the scapula: at first it rotates slowly, then faster. And the bucket can be removed very easily, without any effort, only before pulling it up, you need to turn the bucket a little counterclockwise in place and it will come out well by itself. The kneading spatula can be taken out after baking, or after the last mixing, and the time can be timed. Of course, this is not very convenient with this, because there is no display, but you can still do this, at least at first for the Main mode.
